★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新型のNinjaH2sxseを契約しに初訪問しました。今までお付き合いのあったバイク屋は個人店のため大型の新車は各メーカーのディーラーでないと買えないとのことで、ここを紹介されました。
Web予約をして訪問という流れで、時間より5分ほど早く到着し入店。
んー店員さんが居ない（汗）整備待ちのお客さんが一人居て、しょーがないので店内をブラブラ･･･5分ほどしたら営業の人が出てきました。
まぁー車のディーラーと比べるのも何ですが、正直、初期対応に不満を覚えました。
その後は、丁寧な対応でしたので、星4つで、初期対応が早ければ、５を付けてもいい感じでした。今後に期待させて頂きたいです。
I visited for the first time to sign a contract for the new Ninja H2sxse. I was introduced here because the bike shop I had been acquainted with so far is a private shop, so large new cars can only be bought by dealers of each manufacturer.
By making a reservation on the Web and visiting, we arrived about 5 minutes earlier than the time and entered the store.
Hmm, there is no clerk (sweat) There is one customer waiting for maintenance, and there is no clerk, so I wandered around the store ... About 5 minutes later, a sales person came out.
Well, it's nothing compared to a car dealer, but honestly, I was dissatisfied with the initial response.
After that, it was a polite response, so it was a good feeling to add 4 stars and 5 if the initial response was early. I would like to expect it in the future.
