本来なら翌日の配達になる所を私のバイクがパンクして買いに行けず、色々なガソスタに電話しても尽く断われた事を伝えたところ、気を使っていただき特別に配達してもらいました。実際に来て頂いた時も嫌な顔も全くしていなくてとても対応が良かったです。

This is the person who called me about kerosene delivery around 18:00 today.
When I told him that my motorcycle was flat and couldn't go to buy the place that would normally be delivered the next day, and even if I called various gas stations, it was refused, I asked him to be careful and deliver it specially. I did. When I actually came, I didn't have any unpleasant faces and the response was very good.
