定番のポテサラ・もつ煮込み・焼きそば(塩・ソース)の他日替わりで。
今日はトレーニングがてら保冷・保温バックを持って、竹の子ご飯とふきとの煮物を頂きに来ました。
竹の子もふきももちろん美味しいけれど、脇役の鶏肉がしみじみ美味いです?
しらふで頂くことは滅多になく、しっかり味わって頂いてます?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サワーは丁寧に作られており量も多く、メゴチの刺身、いかのバター炒め、厚揚げ、納豆オムレツ、ベーコンエッグ、ポテサラ、と今回は今日のおすすめメニューばかりを頼みましたが、どれも作り手の丁寧な仕事を感じられる、ほっとするうまさでした。2回めの訪問で、以前は平日17時ころ、今回は土曜日の18時ごろ伺いましたが、いずれもタッチの差で満席、早めにいったほうがよさそうです。20人くらいで満席と思われるので、大人数では行かないほうがよいと思います。日曜日は休みなのだけが残念ですが、馬場の良心とも言える名店だと思います。
