★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜は長らく行けてませんが、ランチも美味しかったです。コップに入ってるのは名物の水炊きです。
席間隔をかなり空けてパーティションもあるので、安心感ありました。

高田馬場の あのさかえ通りの それもテラスでBBQ！なんて、実は全然期待せずに行きましたが 良い意味で裏切ってくれました。
お店の奥に換気バッチリのテラス席が広がっています。
小雨でも屋根があるので大丈夫。
小さなコンロで炙る和食系の食材は野菜も多く盛り付けもお洒落で、焼いてて結構楽しい。
女性グループが多いのもうなずけます。
2時間飲み放題をさらに延長して 話しに花が咲いたのもスタッフがとても親切だったから。また伺いますね。

学生のイメージの強いこの街で割とアッパーな雰囲気の落ち着いたお店だが、奥に進むと屋内ガーデンがあり、ビアガーデン雰囲気で楽しめる。
ウリは水炊きなのでもちろん水炊きを注文。
お通しはなんと3種類。
満足感あり。
まさかの肝心な水炊きの写真を撮るのを忘れてしまったが、じっくり炊かれて濃厚な鶏だしスープは最後まで楽しめる。
そのスープを潜らせた鶏肉を特製ポン酢で食べる。
これがうまい。
冬は鍋を、夏はビアガーデン、二度美味しいお店でした。

Uri is mizutaki, so of course I ordered mizutaki.
There are 3 types of izakaya.

I forgot to take a picture of the essential mizutaki, but I can enjoy the rich chicken broth soup that has been carefully cooked to the end.
Eat the chicken with the soup in a special ponzu sauce.
This is good.
It was a hot pot in winter and a beer garden in summer, which was delicious twice.

つくねっぽい感じだけど美味しかったです
味噌汁ではなく鳥スープも濃厚でした。

さかえ通りにあるさかえや。
カウンターで予約していましたが、
予定より早く行かれることになったので早まる旨を連絡し行ったところ、
早い時間帯なので個室でも大丈夫ですよと。
わたしが電話した後、部屋に暖房を入れあっためといてくれました。
超快適なお部屋。
先付三品の後、
●つくば茜鶏 塩漬けむね肉のタタキ
８９０円
醤油が付いてきましたが、醤油要らないですね。
塩が身に入っており、山葵をのせてちょうど良いです。
●鶏ハツの葱まみれガーリック
５９０円
これはやばいです、病みつきになりそうです。
なんなら一緒に葱にまみれます。
●大分県産 龍の卵の出汁巻き
７９０円
黄色が濃いです〜。
味が濃いです〜。
全部美味しかったです。
そして、最後に温かいほうじ茶。ありがとう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水炊きの薄味な鶏出汁に素麺のような感じの柔らかく細い麺が入った上品なラーメンでした。夜食や〆に食べる温麺としてはとても質の高いものと思いましたが、ランチで食べるラーメンとしてはもう少しパンチのある方が個人的には好きです。
It was an elegant ramen with soft and thin noodles that felt like somen noodles in a light chicken stock cooked in water. I thought it was very high quality for a night meal or hot noodles to eat at the end, but I personally like the ramen to be eaten at lunch with a little more punch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチ利用しました。チキン南蛮定食(900円)はフンワリとした鶏胸肉とピクルスの効いたマヨネーズが美味しかったのですが、玉ねぎの入っているソースの方が好みでしたし、キャベツをもっと食べたかったです。更にいえば、できれば小鉢がほしい価格帯でした。他のものも食べてみないと分かりませんが、この通りには他にもたくさんお店があることを思えば、ランチのコスパはあまりよくないと思います。
I used it for lunch. The chicken nanban set meal (900 yen) was delicious with fluffy chicken breast and mayonnaise with pickles, but I preferred the sauce with onions and wanted to eat more cabbage. Furthermore, it was a price range where I wanted a small bowl if possible. I don't know until I try other things, but considering that there are many other shops on this street, I don't think the lunch cospa is very good.
