ランチタイムにお邪魔しました。 海鮮重膳をいただきましたが、前菜から全て美味しくて、完食させていだきましたた。 ごちそうさまでした。

2020年9月22日に訪問しました。 まだその時はオープンしたてだったので通常メニューは一部のみしか出来ないとの事だったので無理を言って天ぷらの盛り合わせに味噌汁とご飯を付けてもらいました。天ぷらはサクサクで抹茶塩でいただきました。とても美味しかったです。今度はサーロインステーキを食べたいと思います。

Since it was still open at that time, it was said that only a part of the regular menu could be served, so I forced myself to add miso soup and rice to the tempura platter. 何度かランチでお伺いしておりますが、どれもこれも美味しいです。 先付けの小鉢もいいお出汁がきいていて、アサリ入り茶碗蒸しも美味。 お刺身が生臭かったことは一度もありません(生魚苦手人)。今回の本鮪は脂がのっているのに、臭みゼロでした。お鍋は毎回工夫を凝らしていらっしゃって、レモン鍋やら、西京味噌のお鍋やら、お野菜もたっぷり入っていました。今回は鮟鱇と春鯛のお鍋でこれまた美味しかったです。 21.3.21追記:ランチのお鍋「鱈と豆乳麺の柳川鍋」とメニューの写真を追記しました。カキフライは写真忘れ(-_-;)絶妙な火の入りでした。美味しかったです。 21.5.9追記:ランチで訪問。金目鯛の煮つけとアナゴの天ぷら甘酢あんかけを頂きました。お魚は苦手ですが、相変わらず臭み無く美味しかったです。ひじき入りの赤出汁も関東では珍しく、職人さんの幅の広さを感じます。相変わらず人気店です! 21.7.25追記::ランチで訪問。本鮪と紋甲いかのお造り、銀鱈の西京焼き、明太鯛素麺。うだるような暑さが続く中、食欲をそそるお献立でした。明太鯛素麺は、「なぜ明太?普通梅では?!」と思いましたが、食べてみたらアリでした(*^_^*)最後ご飯を入れると明太にした意味が解る気がします。食欲が減退する夏…完食しました!

平日夜に初来店。貸し切り状態でゆっくりくつろげました? 良い点はズバリ、味の割りにコスパ良すぎ(笑) ¥1780税抜のコース料理で天ぷら、刺身、煮魚、ステーキなどなど都内で同じレベルのお店ならこの料理に対して倍の値段します? 正直、こんなに美味しい味でこの値段は安く感じて逆に心配になりました? 特に美味しかったのが、刺身。もうプリプリ✨ 湯葉の醤油ジュレも美味しかったですが、煮魚と金平の味が良すぎ❗ 地味に漬け物のしば漬けと大根がめちゃめちゃ旨い✨しば漬けは京都の某有名な漬物屋よりも美味しくて生まれてはじめてしば漬けで美味しいと思いました? ご飯がおかわり無料と言うことでサービス?。しかしご飯の味はいまいちだったのが残念でしたが、お腹一杯になります。 悪い点はメニューが全体的に少なく、甘味がほぼないため、お店の無理ない程度に本当に美味しい看板甘味を一品でも良いので加えてくれると嬉しい??抹茶ババロアや在庫が持ちやすいアイスなど? 蕎麦屋の居抜きのためか、店内の照明が間接照明になれば、よりお店の雰囲気がぐっと落ち着いて上品になると思います? 大衆よりのお店が多い中、おしゃれカジュアルなお店は古河市、野木町付近では貴重なのでお店には是非頑張って欲しいです✨ 今度はランチにお邪魔したいと思います?

まとめ: 美味しい!ボリューム十分!お得!美味しい! →抜群にオススメのお店! 詳細: (2021/4/15)ランチで日替わりをいただきました 1,200円+税で、メインがアンコウ南蛮酢、鴨とナスの冷製葱 小鉢にクラゲの酢味噌、マグロとイナダのお刺身(写真取る前に一枚食べちゃいました)、あんかけ茶碗蒸し、お味噌汁、お漬物 ご飯はおひつにたっぷり、食後にコーヒー付き ボリューム十分な上、一つ一つが美味! マグロのお造りは脂の乗りがキレイで思わずアップで写真撮影。 お肉とナスのジューシーさ、アンコウ、お刺身が美味しいのはもちろんですが、クラゲの酢味噌のサッパリ感でさらに全体のバランスが取れるようで、箸が進んですぐ完食。美味しかった! 「お箸」も良い。割り箸なんですが良いもののようで、安い角箸と違ってすごく使いやすいです。 気になった点として ・人気なのに待ち合いの場所が狭い。入り口の外にも椅子とか置いてくれればいいのだけど。 ・大人気店のようで、平日でも日によってランチは混みます。 この日は11時45分ごろ到着して20分待ち、日替わりランチは品切れ寸前でした どうしてもの会食など、スムーズに入りたい場合は予約した方がよいようです。 逆にディナーはスムーズに入店できました。 最近開店したらしいので、前者は今後改善されるといいな 値段がお手頃で質がすごくいいので、混雑なのは変わらないかもw 日替わりが楽しみなので定期的に行きたいです。 (2021/4/28)牛サーロイン重の写真追加。焼き加減が絶妙。綺麗で美味しかった!
