最初に女性スタッフの方とカウンセリングをし、その内容を見ながら院長先生と話す流れでしたが、3分も話してないくらいで突然先生が裏に行き、こちらは別室に移動をお願いされて、また違う女性スタッフの方と話しました。先生は肌の確認もせずに肌組織の説明だけ簡単にして、急に居なくなる、これで初診料2,000円とは本当に腹立たしくなりました。
施術内容を決めて行く方は良いかもしれませんが、相談であれば皮膚科か美容に詳しい知り合いにでも聞いた方がちゃんとアドバイスが貰えると思います。こんな口コミはしたくなかったですが、他に被害者の方が出ない事を心から願います。今までで1番信用できないクリニックでした。

I talked to another female staff member. The teacher simply explained the skin tissue without checking the skin, and suddenly disappeared, which made me really annoyed at the initial consultation fee of 2,000 yen.
It may be better to decide the treatment content, but if you have a consultation, I think that you can get advice properly by asking an acquaintance who is familiar with dermatology or cosmetology. I didn't want to make such a review, but I sincerely hope that no other victims will come out. It was the most unreliable clinic ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10年以上通っています。患者の希望に対してデメリットも説明してくれ、一番妥当であろう解決策を出してくれます。拝金主義を感じない、こう言ってはなんですが美容外科っぽくないところが私が信頼しているところです。スタッフさんもきちんと親身になってくれ、良い意味「お客様」相手ではないところが好きです。今後もお世話になります。
I have been attending for over 10 years. It also explains the disadvantages to the patient's wishes and provides the most appropriate solution. I don't feel money worship, but I trust that it's not like cosmetic surgery. The staff are also kind to me, and I like the fact that they are not "customers" in a good way. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前お世話になった際にこうなりたいと言う要望に対して、その方法をしっかり説明してくださり、また技術も確かだったので再訪しました。しかし、前回からは考えられないほど機嫌が悪い様子で、話が何度も噛み合わず、しばらく待たされ、最終的には施術しないほうが良いと最初のご意見と真逆のことを言われ再診料だけ取られて帰らされました。45分無駄にしました。
Twitterなどでの口コミも上々で私も以前非常に良い施術をしていただいていただけに信頼しており、今回とても残念です。看護師さんには優しくフォロー頂き、ありがとうございました。
何か嫌なことがあったのでしょうか？大変不快な思いをしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看護師さんは丁寧でしたが先生はすごく不機嫌で「おすすめしません」の一点張りで、こちらが「じゃあ大丈夫です...」というとそそくさと戻って行ってしまった。これで初診料だけ取られるのはなんだかなという気持ちです。こんな悲しい気持ちで帰る美容皮膚科は初めてです。もう行かないと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2回お世話になりました。先生はクールな方で淡々とお話しされますが、こちらの要望をよく聞いて頂き、ヒアルロン酸注入の際は私の目の形をよく見てどのように・どこまで入れるかご説明して下さりました。
別の院で受けた時は麻酔は追加料金でしたが、最初に説明頂いた料金の中に麻酔料が込みになっていました。
毎回、カウンセリングの段階で料金を明確に提示して頂き、それよりも増えているという事がないので大変助かります。
