2020年3月22日日曜日に他の、お店に行きたく通ると本日10%オフで寄り会員で無くても安くなると健康食品系を購入し品にもよりますが少し安く購入出来ました。

接客態度がとにかく悪い店員が多いです。最初はそうでもなかったが、どんどん酷くなっています…。とても丁寧に親切な対応をして下さる方もいますが、それよりもとにかく酷い方が多く目立ちます…。一番高齢の中年女性と若い登録販売者の男性が特に残念です。モリシア津田沼の方は親切な方ばかりなので、極力そちらを利用するのがおススメです。

開店した当初はスタッフも感じ良い人が多いなと思ってたが、最近立て続けに感じの悪い店員に当たってる…。(苦笑) お店がそれなりに繁盛していて、スタッフが不足しているのか、労働環境が悪くて良い質のスタッフは辞めていってるのか…。 曲がりなりにも、「PARCO」の中のお店なんだから、それなりの接客レベルは求められると思うのだが…。 PARCOカードの上級会員なので、このお店ではよく買ってますが、最近の店員の質の低下は目に見えてわかりやすいような気がします。 月に2回ほど、LINEの15%オフクーポンが来るのは良いと思います。(使用期限は短いですが…。)
