治った後久しぶりに着ようと思ったら一箇所だけアイロンがけされたような跡があり、そこの毛が全て縮れてしまっていました。プレスしてはいけない素材なのに。
もちろん、話に行きましたが水掛け論。やるはずがないの一点張り。そのことは承知でした。
しかし何せ高いものだったので諦めきれず足を運んでしまいました。
他のレビューにもありましたが、治しに行くときはかならず最初の状態を写真に収め、治った後もよく確認してから受け取ることです。
普通に受け渡しの際は、治した部分だけ見せておりたたみ。袋に入れて受け渡し。気づくことができませんでした。
せめてこれからそういう事が起こらないようにと思い、お客様との実地確認を徹底した方が良いのでは？と会話をしましたが、
それは自己責任だ。うちのミスはありえない。
との回答でしたので来た自分が情けなくなってしまいました。

2回ほど履いて両足共ほつれてしまい、しばらくしてから直せるか持ち込みました。こちらが状況を説明するより先に「履くときにひっかけた」と断言されてしまい、再度1,100円の見積りを提示されました。
さらに費用をかけて直すのもと思い諦めて処分を依頼しても「でも、もったいないですよ」再三直しへ誘導されました…。
お店に処分を依頼するのもおかしいと気付き、スラックスを引き上げて帰りました。
▼結論
・スラックスの強度は数回履いてほつれる
・再持ち込みは対応不可
・二度利用しません（遠くても他店を検討します）
