光	光足立 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オマハシステムに興味を持ち、見学させていただいた看護師です。看護記録を普段通りしながら看護の成果をはじめとした様々なデータを可視化して、訪問看護の質も量もモニタリングしながら運営や看護に生かすシステムに衝撃を受けました。オマハシステムについては岩本代表から、事業説明については現場の訪問看護師さんから丁寧に説明していただきました。データと経験を踏まえながらの説明はとても分かりやすかったです。同行訪問、カンファレンスの見学もさせていただきました。職場の雰囲気はあたたかく、所属されている訪問看護師の皆さんは利用者さんとの関わり方が丁寧で、看護に対して真摯に取り組まれている印象を抱きました。 I am a nurse who was interested in the Omaha system and visited it.
