もう何度もリピしてる半田の名店! 何回食べてもおいしい! 食べ飽きない!! おつゆも麺も私好み 大半のメニューをいただきましたが どれも素晴らしい!! 非常にレベルが高いと思います!! しかも特筆すべきは一緒に出て来る「小皿」 出汁の良く沁みた大根だったり、昆布だったり ひじきだったりがついてきます 炭水化物だけドーンと出されるのではありません 栄養のバランスも考えられています この点は他のうどん店には私の経験では無かったです 昼食としてすごくうれしいです

暑い日に喉の通りが良い蕎麦が食べたいと思い寄りました。吹寄蕎麦が美味しかったです。駐車出来る台数が少ないので注意が必要です。

此方は半世紀の歴史を刻む地元の饂飩屋さん(^^)♪ かなり前からその存在を知るも、中々訪問する機会に恵まれませんでしたが、先日マイレビ様の美味しそうな激しぶな饂飩屋さんを見てから、完全に饂飩モード(・∀・)♪ そんな想いが通じてか、地元には手打ちうどんの老舗は無いものという思い込みから解放されて、此方のお店を思い出し、早速の初訪問w(^^)w お店前に3台分の駐車場が有りますが、昼時はいつも満車な感じでしたが、今回は1台の空きスペースへ滑り込み♪ 平日13時の訪問でしたが、店内は、常連客と思われるご高齢の方々で賑わってます(^^)♪ 店内中央のテーブル席は、手作り感満載の仕切り板が設置されていて、カウンターみたくなっていましたので、そちらの端へ着席♪ 後ろには小上がりの座敷も有りましたが、誰も座っていないので、今時は常連客さんにも敬遠されがちですね(-。-; 事前に頼むメニューは決めていたので、店員さんにオーダーすると、『今うどんを茹でていますのでお時間掛かりますがよろしいですか?』と聞かれて、即答でOKの返事をして待ちます♪ よくよく見れば、周りの3組の方々も着丼待ちでした。 一度に沢山のうどんを茹でる様で、タイミングによっては直ぐに着丼する事もある様ですが、茹でたてが食べたかったので、訪問タイミングもバッチリでした(^^)v それから待つ事15分。 ◯肉うどん ¥630 ◯定食   ¥300 出てきたうどんの丼がBIG‼️ しかも300円で付けた定食も中々なボリュームw 直ぐにうどんにはいかずに、揚げたての天ぷらを食べると、うどんの付け合わせの天ぷらじゃ無くて、天ぷら定食かと思う様な存在感‼️ 卓上には、醤油、ソース、唐辛子が有り、お好みで♪ イカフライにキスフライ♪ 野菜は南瓜と何かw 美味しいですね〜♪ ご飯が進みます♪ ここで、肉うどんの肉を頂きました♪ 肉うどんの肉は、結構甘目な味を想像しますが、此方はあっさりと生姜焼風で、良い塩梅で美味しい(^^)♪ このお肉でご飯も進んじゃいます♪ うどんは茹でたて熱々で口に入れるととろける様な柔らかさ‼️ コシ云々では有りませんが、優しい口当たりのうどんは、昔懐かしのうどんですが、最近食べたことのない新鮮味が有りました(*^ω^*) スープはかなり漆黒の色合いでしたが、飲むと意外とあっさりな溜まり風味醤油味‼️ たまりませんね〜w スープを飲んだ後にため息がます♪ 鉄製のレンゲでおもむろに飲むと、ちんちこちんな熱さで思わずびっくりしてしまうので、鉄のレンゲは要注意(笑) 常連様もそばではなく、ほぼうどんばかりw うどんを食べてる時は、皆さんも黙々とうどんを啜る音しか聞こえませんw 町の老舗食堂定番のテレビもなく、どこかにあるんじゃ無いかと見廻しましたが、置いてなかったのは、昼だけの営業で、お店に来たら、うどんを食べるべし‼️ 奥の厨房では、ベテランの大将が見えて、店員さんもお店の規模にしては、多めの印象。 それだけ、お昼に食べに来る人が多いことが伺えますね♪ かけうどんの値段だけ考えれば、丼物も一緒に食べれる安さですが、うどんのボリュームから考えると躊躇います(-。-; 丼物の食べ合わせにミニうどん定食が有れば迷う事も無いのですがw 他のメニューも気になるので、また再訪問したくなるお店でした♪ 食べたい物を食べたい時に食べて、好みの美味しさとなれば、評価も上がるものだとつくづく感じるうどんでした♪ ご馳走さまでしたm(__)m

もう何回めかな こちらの饂飩 繊細なんですね シンプルにやさしい麺の感触を感じたい 静かな空間で   お店としてはダメなんだけど 平日お昼 混んでない 白髪の大将が姿勢良く厨房に お母さんと 接客お姉さん二人  言葉少なめなのが好みだな こちらで揚げたての天ぷら食べながらビール飲むだけでも良いかも 麺の量が以外にあるんです 若い方ならいいけど ワタシには多いかな 冷たいのと熱いの半々で頂きたいです 次回は 他の方が食べてた とろろも 美味そう 量も多い 個人的には此方の美味しさ 半田市内では 饂飩に関しては 一番、二番だな 永く続けて下さい 茹で汁 グラスに入れて飲んでたら 若い方の姉さんに水入れられた 分からんのかねえ
