愛	愛梨 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 当方、東北の蕎麦処出身者なのでそれを前提に読んでください。無難に美味しく食べるなら、暖かい蕎麦かうどん全般。冷たい蕎麦は正直意見が分かれると思う。ちなみに私はダメだった。蕎麦は更級寄りなのかそこまで蕎麦蕎麦していない。ツユは、愛知県だからなのかうどん文化圏故か、甘味がかなり強く味も濃い。蕎麦湯で割ったら、あくまで私の感覚だがなんとも言えない残念な味になった。書いている方もいるが、お世辞にもお店の回転はあまりよろしくない。天婦羅に至っては１時間待ちになることも。待ちたくないなら平日の開店15分迄に入店し、平日ランチ限定の定食を注文するのがいちばん早く食べられる(それでも10分～15分待ち)。そしてこのランチ定食。一度食べてしまうとコスパが良すぎて他を食べたくなくなるのが最大の難点。ご注意下さい。 I am from the soba restaurant in Tohoku, so please read on that assumption.
