当方、東北の蕎麦処出身者なのでそれを前提に読んでください。 無難に美味しく食べるなら、暖かい蕎麦かうどん全般。 冷たい蕎麦は正直意見が分かれると思う。 ちなみに私はダメだった。 蕎麦は更級寄りなのかそこまで蕎麦蕎麦していない。 ツユは、愛知県だからなのかうどん文化圏故か、甘味がかなり強く味も濃い。 蕎麦湯で割ったら、あくまで私の感覚だがなんとも言えない残念な味になった。 書いている方もいるが、お世辞にもお店の回転はあまりよろしくない。 天婦羅に至っては1時間待ちになることも。 待ちたくないなら平日の開店15分迄に入店し、平日ランチ限定の定食を注文するのがいちばん早く食べられる(それでも10分~15分待ち)。 そしてこのランチ定食。 一度食べてしまうとコスパが良すぎて他を食べたくなくなるのが最大の難点。ご注意下さい。

【2021.2来店】コロナ渦の中、月1回の外食タイムでした。ピーク時間を避けて11時30分過ぎに来店しました。結果的には非常に満足かつ甘めのつゆが好みの方にはオススメできるお店です!私は、きのこそばと迷いましたが‥鴨南そばとミニ天盛りをオーダーしました。ミニ天盛はお値段以上に種類(7~8種類)が多く、丁寧に揚げてあるため非常に美味しく頂きました。そして、メインの鴨南そばも濃い少し甘めのつゆに沢山の鴨肉や焼き葱、鳥団子が入り‥非常に美味しく満足しました!※ただし、焼き葱は火傷注意です。(笑) 次回は、冷たい蕎麦で蕎麦自体を味わってみたいと思います。 最後に、接客も入店~退店まで非常に気持ちよく、従業員間での復唱や連携が上手く取れていました。また、来店します。 追記:改善点を挙げるならば、イメージが出来ないメニューが何点かあるためコメントや写真、イラストがあると樹庵初心者には助かります。

変わらず大人気のお店。 新そばの季節だけに お昼でも待ち時間は必須。 『海老おろしそば』『天ぷらそば』売り切れで『地獄そば』に小エビのってると店員さんからアドバイスあり注文。 揚げたてを出してくれるので 注文後も辛抱強く待つのみ(笑) 大変美味しかったです❤

単身赴任の小生が裏道通勤路の開拓で見付けたお蕎麦屋さん。 愛知にはウドン屋ばかりで蕎麦に餓えていたときに発見した時は感動でした。 早速、日曜日に訪問。 信州の奥の方へ来たかの店内。 樹庵のロゴ入りTでフロアを切り盛りする若い人が4人、私服で注文取る素敵なネーサン。 レジで丁寧に説明頂けるおかぁサン。 厨房にも何人かいらっしゃる様子。 開店後10分で9割ぐらいの占有率。 大ざるは、海苔無しの正統派。 小皿に岩塩も付けて戴けます。 蕎麦は大変美味しく頂きました。 他の方もメニューは違えども 男性の大盛注文がほとんどでした。 店の看板に地獄そばとありますが メニューには有りませんでした、残念。 テンプラの盛合せはメニューに沢山書かれていて本日の4品と記載ですがその4品が分からず断念しました。 残念ついでに、 蕎麦湯が同時に提供されましたが ぬるーーーい なんとも言えない蕎麦湯でした。 リピート確定なので あえて直して欲しく書きました。
