★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 掲載終了の賃貸物件をいつまでも堂々と出している、客引き目的が見え見え。スタッフも対応が適当、周囲に4−5件不動産屋があるので、他をお勧めします。
You can see the purpose of the customer pulling out the rental properties that are no longer listed. The staff is also responsive and there are 4-5 real estate agents around, so we recommend others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この不動産が管理している物件に住んでおりましたが、オーナーが来ないと清掃しにこない。何回共有部の電気交換依頼しても、1週間後に電球が切れてる。おまけに家の中の設備修理を依頼したら、ちゃんとした業者じゃない人連れてきました…。物件の仲介を依頼する分には構わないかもしれませんが、ここの不動産屋さんが管理している物件には住まないほうがいいです。
I lived in a property managed by this real estate, but I can't clean it unless the owner comes. No matter how many times I asked for electricity replacement in the common area, the light bulb was out after a week. In addition, when I asked for equipment repair in the house, I brought a person who was not a proper contractor ... It may be okay to ask for property brokerage, but it is better not to live in a property managed by a real estate agent here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 借りようとしたマンションの管理をされていたためやりとりしました。
微々たる初期費用の値下げをお願いしたのですが一切応じてもらえず、今後住まいを管理していただくにあたり融通の効かない管理会社だと色々不便もあるかと考え結局利用しませんでした。
業界の商慣習で値下げの前例が無いとの一点張りで、とても気に入った物件だったのに、借りれなかったのが残念です。
物件のオーナーにとっても、店子を逃して不利益を生んでいる点で良い管理会社と言えるのか疑問です。
I exchanged it because I was in control of the apartment I was trying to rent.
Although I asked for a slight reduction in the initial cost, I could not accept it at all, and I thought that there would be various inconveniences as a management company that is inflexible in managing the house in the future, so I did not use it.
It was a shame that I couldn't rent it even though it was a property I liked very much, saying that there was no precedent for price cuts due to business practices in the industry.
For the owner of the property, I doubt that it can be said to be a good management company because it misses the store and creates a disadvantage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 借りることになマンションの管理をされているということでやりとりさせていただきました。ただ、担当頂いた若い方がやる気がない＆非常に対応が悪く、かなり残念な経験をしてしまいました。
・入居直後に掃除が行き届いていない。床にシミがあり、こちらで掃除すると汚れがとれる
（ハウスクリーニング会社のせいにして、品質管理すらしていない）
・クレームを入れても動かない。連絡がない。
・最低限以上の仕事をしない。
契約管理は貸主が選んでいるため、こちらから選んだり変えたりできないのがとても残念です。
大岡山駅前で立地がいいのでホスピタリティ等必要ないのかもしれませんが本当に残念な気持ちでいっぱいです。
社員教育含めて見直して頂きたいです。
本当に気を付けてください。
We exchanged for being managed of apartment to rent. However, the younger one who was in charge was not motivated & the response was bad, and I had a very disappointing experience.
・ Cleaning is not perfect immediately after entering. There are stains on the floor, and if you clean it here you can get dirty
(Because of the house cleaning company, not even quality control)
-It does not move even if it puts a claim. I have no contact.
・ Do not do the work more than the minimum.
Since the lender has chosen contract management, it is very disappointing that you can not select or change from here.
As location is good in Ookayama Station front, hospitality may be unnecessary, but is full of feeling really regrettable.
I would like you to review it including employee education.
Please be careful.
