眼科での視力検査やコンタクト購入までスムーズに行けて、とても好印象が持てました。
オススメです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コンタクトを紛失し、メルスプランで交換しようと訪問しました。検査をするには凄く時間が掛かると言われたので、レンズを受け取って帰ろうと思ったら診察を受けなければ行けないと言われました。仕方なく暫く待っていたらレンズを渡され何の案内もない。自分で何処かでレンズを入れて来なくては行けないのか？診察も両眼ちょっと見て「大丈夫です」だけで830円！何処かおかしくないですか？
I lost my contacts and visited to replace them with Mels Plan. I was told that it would take a lot of time to do the test, so I was told that if I wanted to get my lens and go home, I would have to go to a doctor. After waiting for a while, I was given a lens and no guidance. Do I have to put a lens somewhere on my own? Just look at both eyes and see, "It's okay" for just 830 yen! Isn't something strange?

フレーム選びは本数があり過ぎて悩むほどです。販売員さんの対応が優しく的確なアドバイスで気に入ったフレームが決まりました。
驚いたのは遠近両用メガネレンズがこんなに種類があるとは！
色々と説明を受けて左右の歪みが少ないレンズをセレクトしました。
遠近両用メガネレンズの専門性の高い知識を分かり易く説明してくれて助かりました。
とにかくフレームの扱う本数が豊富でフレーム選びが楽しかったです。

受付の人は感じもいいです。
スタッフの方は、感じがいいです。
高齢者の対応にとても慣れている感じです。
広いので、感染予防が気になる人にもよいです。
ですが、予約しても一時間以上待ちます。番号札が出るのに、フルネームで大声で呼ばれてしまいます。
時間がない人や、名前を呼ばれるのが嫌な人は向かないけれど、そういうのは気にならない人や、丁寧に接して欲しい人にはいいと思います。
