★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 体調が悪く受診しようとおもいましたが受付のショートヘアの女性の態度がとても悪く、不快になったため、やめました。
二度と行かないです。
タメ口や子供に話すような態度はいかがなものかと思います。

私が痛いところを指し示したあと、そこだけではなくお腹全体的を診察してくださり、薬など処方して頂きました。
横浜駅西口にある、前川メディカルクリニックとは大違いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの口コミが良いし利用したいと思って電話で問い合わせをしたら受付の女性にタメ口で話されて驚いた。明らかに自分より若い女性であろう方に。いくら電話の相手の声が若く年下に聞こえたにしても中学生に話しかけるような対応は社会人としていかがなものか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丁寧な診察の病院と思っていましたが、コロナ禍、咳、喉の痛みで診察をお願いしようと電話しましたら、
『それはうちでは見れませんので
他の病院へ行ってください』とのこと。
この病院の誠意のなさが表れていました。申し訳ありませんが信頼できない病院だと感じました。
ちなみに、他の病院【内科】へ電話しましたら快く診察を受けてくれました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 咳喘息でこちらにかかっていました。妊娠中だったのですが、初期にうがい薬等を出していただいたことがあったので中期にまた同じような症状があったため行きました。
長く待たされ(いつも待ち時間は長い)診察室へ入るといつもの女医さんでは無い、別の女医さん。
入って妊娠を伝えると、出せるものは何も無いと言われ診察を終えました。そして、何もしてもらってませんがしっかり診察料は取られました。仕方がないですが。。
咳が辛く行ったのに、ただの無駄足でした。その後、産婦人科(休診日だった)に連絡して診てもらい症状はよくなりました。
受付の人は感じ悪いけど、いつもの先生は優しく、咳も良くなっていたので行ったのに、最悪でした。それ以来行ってません。

初めて利用しましたが、急遽の予約にも快く対応していただき、女性の先生が丁寧にわかりやすく説明してくださいました。
かなり不安な状態で来院したので、すごく安心できました。
受付の方も心電図撮ってくださった方もとても心地よい対応で、何かあった時はまたお世話になりたいと思いました。
