金目鯛はデカくて、一匹まるごと煮付けで提供され、非常に絶品でした。
値段は張りますが、また来ます。
次は、伊勢海老丼？を食べたい…。

今の店舗数何件なのかな？
売店のみの店舗を合わせると、
箱根～下田までかなりのかずだよなぁ〰️。
稲取本店は、外装と店内ほとんど変わっていませんでした。
あっ、15年ぶりの来店です。
変わったのは、売店、食事処の
店員さんの接客態度◎
とても良かったですよ。
今の時期は、金目と伊勢エビ
祭りだそうで、通常より
安い価格で、提供しているそうです、今回は、金目の煮付け
プラス金目の粕漬け焼きに、
刺身(マグロ、金目鯛、オナガダイ)と焼きアワビを注文しました
煮付け味濃いめ、辛くは無く
甘さが濃い感じ、私的には
◎でした、アワビは、やっぱり
焼き、蒸しですね！生だと固いから、後、オナガダイは
久しぶりでした、漁も少なくなっている魚です！金目に似た魚で？ハチビキにも似てるか？
尻尾が長く見た目も綺麗食べてよしのお魚、オナガダイもし
在ったら是非食べてみて
