かまたまうどん美味しかった。 居酒屋さんなので食事だけは気が引けましたが、快く案内いただきました。 うどんは、手打ちの細めで喉越しよく、めっちゃ好みです。 海苔たっぷりのポテトサラダは、ビックリする美味しさ。 写真忘れましたが、ササミの天ぷらもふっくらジューシーで満足。 接客も心地よく、抜群のお店だと思いました。

出張の際にお店に行きました。 高松駅でもらったうどん屋マップをもとに歩いて行きましたが、ちょっと分かりにくくて迷いました。 (看板の「寒川」が読めない。「讃岐つけ麺」の方ではなく、寒川を強調してくれ!苦笑) なんとなく1人では入りにくい店構えでしたが、入ると愛想の良い女性店員さんがお迎えしてくれました。 店内は居酒屋風でカウンター席が4つとテーブル、座敷がいくつかと言う感じです。それほど広くはなく落ち着いた雰囲気です。 おすすめメニューの「究極のかま玉」と野菜の天ぷらを頼みました。自分から「究極の〜」と名乗るメニューって正直大したことないお店ばかりで、期待値上げといて残念なものばかりですが、寒川さんのかま玉は期待を上回る逸品でした。 控えめに言って、旨すぎます! というか、最初の一口目で食べたことのない味がしました(いい意味で)。かま玉ってこんなに旨いの??と思うほど、常識を越えてきました。 麺はツルツルもちもち、卵もかなり上級なものかと、ついでに卵にかかっている醤油も卵との相性が抜群!高いものではなく、相性で厳選していると思いました。 天ぷらの方は、揚げ加減が絶妙で天ぷらを一口口に含んだ時のカリカリっとするあの一口目のきめの細かさがすごい。(天ぷらのカリカリのきめの細かさって伝わるかなぁ…) 細かいカリカリがきた後に、サクッとするあの食感。まさに至高の時間。天ぷらに付ける塩もこだわりを感じるものでした。天ぷらとの相性が素晴らしい。 かま玉うどんの旨さと天ぷらの絶妙な揚げ加減は至高の逸品です。ここまで仕上げるのはセンスではなく、努力だと感じました。これまで何回も何回も試行錯誤を繰り返して、材料の配合やバランス、調味料との相性など、答えのない世界を散々彷徨った彼方でやっと出会った究極の世界観。 一食でここまで語ると異常かと思われますが、食事の最中にそんな世界を感じました。 本当にありがとうございました。 ただ誉めすぎなので最後に少し言うと、値段がちょっと高いかなと。香川の他店の相場と比べると、ちょっと高く感じます。 そもそもうどん屋ではなく居酒屋なので、うどん屋と比べるな!という意見もあるかもしれませんが、うどんを食べに行くつもりで伺うと、ちょっと値段が気になりました。 総合的には★5で文句なしです!また行きたいです。

I ordered the recommended menu "Ultimate Kamatama" and vegetable tempura. To be honest, the menus that I call "Ultimate" are not a big deal, and it's a shame to raise expectations, but Mr. Samukawa's Kamatama was a gem that exceeded expectations. To say the least, it's too good! Or rather, it tasted like I had never eaten in the first bite (in a good way). Is Kamatama so delicious? ?? The more I think, the more common sense has been exceeded. The noodles are smooth and chewy, and the eggs are quite advanced, and the soy sauce on the eggs goes well with the eggs! I thought that it was not expensive, but carefully selected for compatibility. For tempura, the amount of deep-fried food is exquisite, and the fineness of the first bite that is crispy when the tempura is included in a bite is amazing. (I wonder if the crispness of the tempura can be conveyed ...) That crispy texture after the fine crunchiness. Exactly the supreme time. The salt added to the tempura was also very particular. It goes great with tempura. The deliciousness of kamatama udon and the exquisite deep-fried tempura are the ultimate gems. I felt that finishing up to this point was not a sense, but an effort. Through trial and error over and over again, the ultimate world view that I finally encountered while wandering around the world without answers, such as the composition and balance of ingredients and compatibility with seasonings. たまたま立ち寄った讃岐うどんのお店ですが、本当に美味しい! 究極の釜玉うどん、ささみと野菜の天ぷらを頂きましたが、 まず釜玉うどんの卵が本当に濃厚! 釜玉うどんでスープまで飲み切ったのは初の体験でした。 うどんも茹でたてでコシがあり、卵の絡みとよく合っていました。 天ぷらも、400円ずつという値段でしたが予想以上に大きい天ぷらで、付いている塩ともマッチしておりとても美味しかったです。 店内の雰囲気も良く、非の打ち所がないです。 貴重な体験をありがとうございました!

It's a pity that I found this place only during the last night of my stay in the city. I love the al dente texture of their udon and also the umami / savory broth. Their oden is also superb, the sauce is more to the light side which doesn't overwhelm the original taste of the radish and tofu. They only offer Japanese menu but I managed to understand half of it. The owner or staff were super friendly. I'll definitely take a detour next time I come.
