We went for the first time a couple of months ago and my husb and I both agreed we should have tried this place out back when COVID remote work started!! Everyday, there are three daily specials, each coming with rice, miso soup, a side dish, a scoop of potato salad, and pickled vegetables. A complete meal and will leave you full. It's like the traditional Japanese family meal. The oka-san (the lady who takes our orders, serves them, and takes care of our bills) is so full of energy! I think her husb is cooking in the kitchen, but we only see her :) She's the face of this restaurant and is super friendly.
