K	Kazuya Akanuma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台湾風まぜそばです。有名な話ですが、台湾まぜそばの発症は台湾ではないわけですが、初めて知ったときは無駄に衝撃を受けました。さて、台湾まぜそばだから当たり前ですが、思いっきりジャンクです（笑）一応ダイエット中だったのですが・・・ここまできたら食べるしか無いですね。ぐちゃぐちゃにかき回すと、様々な具材の味が濃い目のタレとミックスされて複雑味のある旨味を作り出してくれます。麺は極太の縮れ麺で、いい感じにタレや具材と絡み合います。また、めっちゃもちもちタイプの麺なので、極太系ですが食べやすいです。追い飯をするところまでが台湾そばの完成形なのだそうですが、流石にこれ以上炭水化物を摂取するのはまずいと思ってやめましたが、連れが遠慮なく追い飯を。一口だけいただきましたが美味しいですね（笑）むしろ最初からご飯だけで行きたいかも。 Taiwan mazesoba.
