初訪だったので、特製中華そばを頂きました。最近のラーメンは色々な味が多く、具材も多種多様な感じですが、青葉のラーメンはHPにも書いてあるとおりシンプルイズベストなザ・ラーメンです。具材それぞれの味がしっかりあるにもかかわらず、見事に一体感の有るラーメンでした。これなら並んでもいいかな…。次はつけ麺頂きます。

特製つけめんを注文。こってり過ぎない綺麗な魚介スープは絶品ですね。つけ麺は麺の量が1.5玉ということで、見た目はすごいボリュームですが、ツルツルシコシコなのでスルスルと面白いように口の中に入っていきあっという間に完食です。最後は店員さんに熱々のおゆを入れてもらいスープ割りをお願いしました。スープ割りはかなりお勧めで、麺を完食した後に何処か物足りなさを感じた方は是非試していただきたいです。スープを飲み干した後はお腹も満腹、口の中が魚介スープの香ばしさで満たされます。ただデパ地下内なのに異常に高いカウンター席しかなく、当方車いすのため食べるのが難しかったです。見かねた店員さんがトレーを貸してくれましたので有り難かったです。味は最高峰なのでテープル席か店外で食べれるようになると良いですね。

However, although it was in the basement of the department store, there were only unusually high counter seats, and it was difficult to eat because of our wheelchair. I was grateful that the clerk who couldn't see lent me the tray. The taste is the highest, so it would be nice if you could eat it at the table seat or outside the store.

20211030 最初のらーめんブームの火付け役と言っても良い中野本店の分店。 船橋シャポーから、らーめん横丁がなくなってから数年。 まさか東武の地下に移転してなんて知らなかった・・・ というわけで久しぶりに訪問しました。 食券を買ってから並ぶシステムで、今回は久しぶりなので特製中華そばを注文。 6分程で着丼です。 何となくスープが少ないようなきもしましたが、懐かしいらーめんが目の前に。 まずはスープを1口。 うん、これこれ! 獣の旨味だけ吸収した魚介なスープはやっぱり美味。 中細麺とよく合います。 チャーシューは見た目に反して脂身もあり溶けるし旨い。 バランスが良いだけ・・・と言う人もいるかと思いますが、これがやっぱり王道の味ですね。 コク、旨味があるけどしつこくない、スープで麺が進む。 一気に食べ進めて完食しました。 ご馳走様でした。

特製つけ麺食べました。ワンオペでなかなか忙しそうでした。味はまぁまぁ。一人だとそこまで気が回らないのか...大変そうですが、二人体制にした方が味も良くなると思ってしまった。中野まで食べに行く手間省けるので市内に支店があるのは助かるかな。
I ate special tsukemen. It seemed to be quite busy with one operation. The taste is ok. I don't think I'm so distracted if I'm alone ... It seems to be difficult, but I thought it would be better to have a two-person system. It would be helpful to have a branch office in the city because it saves me the trouble of going to Nakano to eat.

ラーメン横丁の時は味にばらつきを感じ、お店の雰囲気も苦手でしたが、場所も移りスタッフもきっちり。味も安定してきたようです。麺上げまでのオペレーションも手際良く、ゆず唐辛子の追加無料も有り難い。鰹節や煮干の出汁と鶏ガラ、豚骨の旨みが合わさったWスープは、臭みは無くとろみもあって美味しいですね。良く研究されています。お冷で加水したら出汁の美味しさがさらに分かってきました。今度はつけ麺に割りスープとご飯のチョイスで楽しんでみたいと思いました。ごちそうさまでした。

元祖にして完成形のラーメン。なんだかんだ青葉のラーメンが好きです。魚介と豚、鳥の良い出汁が優しく麺を包みます。土日は少し並びますが、並ぶ価値はある一杯。ラーメンもいいけど、おすすめは特製つけ麺です。少し酸味のあるスープに魚介が効いた動物スープで幸せな時間を過ごせますよ。お店の雰囲気もうるさくなく、個人的に好感が持てます。
The original and complete ramen. I like Aoba ramen for some reason. Good soup stock of seafood, pork and birds gently wraps the noodles. There are a few lines on Saturdays and Sundays, but it's worth the line. Ramen is good, but I recommend the special tsukemen. You can spend a happy time with a slightly sour soup and an animal soup with fish and shellfish. The atmosphere of the shop is not too noisy and I personally like it.
