★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 志木は周り中に不動産があるせいか、お金と制約率を気にしてるのが冒頭3分でわかる最悪の接客です。 他でも物件を探しているのか？そこは差し押さえ物件を紹介している。など、囲い込もうとしていたり。紹介したい物件に終始誘導されてみたり。 前半のベテランにパートナーと来ていることについて→どちらに決定権があるのか？と聞かれたので。 パートナーにと答えてから、後半引き継いだ営業さんはパートナーのみに狙いを定めて質問責め、私が答えると遮られるか、違うと言わんばかりの反応でした。 物件を実際に回ってくださった営業さんホントに最悪でした。 こちらの話しは聞かない、一方的に話し続ける。要望を再三伝えても忘れる。 今日決断することはないと伝えても、制約率を気にしてるのか条件から微妙にずれた物件を新たに紹介し始める。 それでも初めは頑張ってあわせて、話しにあいずちをうって話を聞いていたのですが。 新人さんかと思って経歴を聞けば、10年です。とおっしゃってました。 ニーズも聞けない10年生がいるとしたら絶望的な状況ですね、二度と相談したくありません。

Even so, at the beginning, I tried my best and listened to the story. It's been 10 years since I thought I was a newcomer and asked about my career. You said. It would be a desperate situation if there were 10th graders who couldn't even ask their needs, so I don't want to talk to them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Googleの評価が低くてヒヤヒヤしながら訪れましたが、最高の不動産屋でした。仲介手数料も安いですし対応も良かったです。店長さんが良くしてくれたので指名するといいかも！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても対応の良い不動産屋さんです。会社の利益優先ではなく、客側の一番を考えて下さいました。担当でない従業員さんも親身になって話を聞いてくださったりしました。仲介手数料等のお値段も真っ当な額だと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話ではいい加減な対応でタメ口でした。予約して店舗に行っても誰も出迎えてくれないし、お茶も出ませんでした。予算が少ないことに対して、心霊物件を勧められたり引っ越さない方がいんじゃないですかというような対応を笑いながらされて不快でした。今後は別の場所に行かせていただきます。

最初に希望を言ったのに同じことを何度も確認されて文句を言いたかったです…
他店のエイブルではできたことができたこともできませんの一点張りで調べようともしてくれませんでした。
一生行きません。

新婚で住む家で出す家ではない。あり得ない。
