P	Pupu raka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの管理物件は二度と絶対に借りたくないです。入居してすぐ、水道管に不具合が起こり、断続的にゴトゴトと音がするので修理を依頼。しかし修理をしても数日～数週間で再発を繰り返し、そのたびに何度も修理を依頼。再発するたびに音が部屋まで響いて夜中もうるさいので、非常に困りました。 5か月我慢したが、もう住めないので退去したいと申し出たら、短期解約違約金として2か月分の賃料を払うよう言われました(特約)。大家さんに免除の交渉を依頼したところ、「大家さんにメールしたが返事がこない」「働いていて忙しいから電話をする時間がない」などと呆れるような言い訳をされ、２週間待たされた挙句、結局、大家さんに違約金を請求されました。しかも大家さんには本当は連絡がついていて、修繕との兼ね合いを考えていたとのこと。向こうの都合で返答に2週間も待たされただけでした。その間退去日も決められず、非常にストレスでした。 I definitely don't want to rent the managed property here again. After all, the landlord charged me a penalty. Moreover, the landlord was actually in contact and was thinking about a balance with repairs. I just had to wait two weeks for a reply because of the circumstances over there. During that time, I couldn't decide the move-out date, which was very stressful.
