約3週間4C病棟で糖尿病代謝内科での入院をしました。 他の方が言うように紹介状を持って初めて受診したときに感じたのはやっぱりその「遅さ」でした。それで☆4個にしました。 それ以外は特に不満はありません。 先生、看護師の方含め自分の担当になってくださった方は全員丁寧な説明と話しやすい人柄でとても充実した入院生活を送れました。 ありがとうございました!

脳神経内科の菊池医師は 患者に説明もせずに必要の無い薬を処方されて困りました 通院の時も リハビリは時間通りでしたが 診察は50分待たされ 会計の時も きっと必要以上の薬を処方されている 患者さんで30分から1時間待ちます リハビリの先生と看護師さんはよかったですが 断っても薬を処方する医師に問題かと思います こちらの医師は目先のお金の為に 患者さんに薬を処方して 会計が30分〜1時間近く待つので 会計の所が密になっても気にしないんですね? 病院の会計がコロナの時期に密になっているのが、本当に凄いと思いました

人の時間をなんだと思っているんですか。 家族がお世話になっています。病気の説明を受ける際に付添をしたのですが、予約票には歯科検診と説明しか書いていなかったのに、当日の説明を受けたあとこの後CTを撮りますと言われました。 私の車で来ていたのですが仕事があった為帰らなければいけませんでした。1度帰りCTの時間までに戻って来ますと伝えましたがすぐご案内できるかもしれないので、の一点張り。出勤には間に合いませんでした。その際のCTの時間も1時間ほど間違われておりこちらは困惑状態。 入院する日も説明を受けるまでに1時間以上待たされ、手術日に15時から手術なのに12時までには必ず病院に来てくださいと言われ着いたあと看護師がお声掛けしますと言われてから2時間以上声がけも、説明もなくただただ食堂で無駄な時間を過ごす羽目になりました。いい加減にして欲しいです。 何のために予約やら、この時間に来てくださいという説明があるのですか。時間が変動するのは分かりますがここまで酷い対応、酷い待ち時間はここだけですよ。看護師さんのやる事が沢山あるのと同じように私たちにもやることは沢山あるのですからしっかり対応して頂きたいです。

スタッフの皆さんは一生懸命やっているのだが、ここの混雑状況はオペレーションシステムと建物、設備が古く改善されてないからだろう。とにかく時間がかかり効率が悪い。手術するのは新館になるが最新の設備とシステムで充実している。店は狭いローソンしかないがキッチンカーが来てランチやスィーツを販売しているのは良かった。

初診で紹介状を持って行きましたが、診察するまで4時間待たされました。口コミを見ましたが呆れました。見てから行けば良かったです。 2回ほど行きましたが一日がかりの病院なんですね。待ってるだけ。 院内に食堂も無くコンビニしかないなんて驚きます。食べる所もありません。駐車場が混んでて探すのに一苦労でした。もう二度と行きたくない思いがしました。

以前に手術でお世話になり、その後は経過観察で通院しています。会計の待合室や診察待ちの廊下は待っている患者でごったがえしています。他の大学病院はその科ごとに請求書を出していて、会計は1階の窓口や機械で精算をするスタイルなのでタイミングによっては混雑の時間帯もあるかも知れませんが今のところそれに当たったことはなくスムーズですよ。 薬科大もなにか工夫をしなければいけないと思います。コロナ禍で医療従事者の方々もご多忙とは存じますが対策は必要です。面会禁止にしても院内でコロナ感染が出てますから。入院中は熱が出たと分かれば薬を雑に置いて逃げるように出て行き夜は放置されました。様子を見に来たり氷枕を置くなりありません。若い方の方が理解されているのか親切に接して頂けましたし、介護補助の方も丁寧に接して頂けました。退院間際ともなると扱いは雑になります。確かに退院ともなれば患者ではなくなるのかも知れませんが。
