会計待ちで2時間待たされた。診療で朝も昼も食べてないのに、人がはけて誰もいなくなってたのに、こちらから声をかけない限り診療終了まで呼ばないつもりだったんだろうか。帰ればよかった‥。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初の看護師さんはよかったが後から出てきた男性の方が終始ヘラヘラしていて「多分〜」だの「分かりませんね〜」などと医者として不安しかなかった。こっちは苦痛で来たくて来てるわけでもなく高圧的な態度で嫌な気分でしかなかった。
The first nurse was good, but the man who came out later was flustered from beginning to end, and I was worried as a doctor, saying "Maybe" or "I don't know." I didn't want to come because of pain, but I felt uncomfortable with a high-pressure attitude.

予約の取れやすさも去ることながら、受付から問診、接種、待機までとても良くできた行程が組まれていてとてもスムーズに済みました。
他の会場のあまり良くない噂を聞いていたので、かかりつけ医を持たない自分はここで受けられてとても幸運でした。
無駄のない合理的なフローを作り上げたスタッフさんたちに感謝です。
