ぷ	ぷっこぷっちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 耳鼻科系で入院した患者の家族です。先生は説明が長く丁寧過ぎるくらいの方で、診察から手術まで同じ先生でした。看護師さんは対応が悪い訳ではないのですが連携が全く取れていないので、指示がバラバラで言われた通り行動しているのにこちらのミス扱いされる感じです。入院手続きが他院に比べて面倒な上に指示が不明確、看護師に聞かれたことに答えてもここでそんな事を言われても困ると言われてしまったりと、なんだかモヤモヤします。患者さんが入院部屋に案内されるまで2時間はみておいた方がいいと思います。何でも対応が遅く、こちらの所為にされる病院というイメージです。 It is a family of a patient who was hospitalized in the otolaryngology system. 2	26 Syo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 診察予約当日は２時間待ちが当たり前、３時間待ちもざらなので予定が無い日に受診した方が良いです。待ちたくなければ、朝イチに予約して開院と同時に受付するのが良いですが、皆同じ事を考えてるのか朝イチの予約はいつも埋まっています。なので、できるだけ早い時間帯に予約し受付終了の11時に受付するのが待ち時間を減らせます。予約時間の１時間前から受付できますが、待つ時間がそのまま１時間伸びるだけなので意味無いです。過去２回入院でお世話になってますので星３つ。 It is natural to wait for 2 hours on the day of the appointment, so it is better to have a medical examination on a day when there is no schedule. It was extremely busy but the staff arranged for me speak with an English speaking doctor. Dr Miura’s English was excellent and he gave a calm and clear explanation of my situation.
