All of them were delicious with salted plums that were very seasoned. I'm full. It's a pity that it snowed and I couldn't explore nearby. This time I want to go when there is no snow.
K	K M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素晴らしい宿です。大晦日から一泊離れに夫婦で泊まらせて頂きました。まずはかなり清潔に保たれている事に感動しました。檜の風呂や料理の全てが完璧です。飲み物はハイボールでしたが、かなり高価な信州ウイスキーでコクがあり鼻から抜ける香りが素晴らしかったです。料理は素人でも分かるほどにきめ細やかな味付けと抜群のセンスです。ベッドも熟睡できる高価なもので、スペシャルな日になりました。又是非伺いたいと思います。 It is a wonderful hotel. The couple let me stay at a night away from New Year's Eve. First of all, I was moved by the fact that it was kept fairly clean. All the bath and food in the coffin are perfect. The drink was a highball, but it was a very expensive Shinshu whiskey with a rich flavor and the smell coming out of the nose was wonderful. The food is a delicate taste and excellent sense so that even an amateur can understand it. The beds are also expensive things that can sleep well and it was a special day. I would like to see you again.
た	たろ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古い建物をリノベーションしており、共有スペースでは特に古さを感じることはありませんでした。お料理は頑張っていると思いますが、全体的に味が薄いです。素材の味を活かしているというよりは、素材の味そのものという感じです。好みは分かれるでしょう。シメにお蕎麦をいただきましたが、一日中戸隠の名店食べ歩きをしていたため、どうしても比較してしまいます。悪くないのですが、特に感動はありませんでした。バー兼ラウンジがあり、チェックイン・アウトはそちらします。せっかくのバーですが早い時間に閉めてしまうのがもったいないです。せめて24時まで開いていて欲しいですね。お風呂場は貸切方式で2つあり、アメニティはお風呂場近くの洗面台にいろいろあります。ボトルタイプですので、部屋に持ち込み不可ですが、化粧水等最低限のものは一揃いありました。お風呂場のシャワーはお湯が出るまでかなり時間がかかりました。冬場はシャワーのお湯が出ることを確認してから、脱衣するのが良いです。宿坊と考えればかなりグレードは高いですが、お値段もそれなりです。昔ながらの宿坊に泊まることに抵抗感のある方には良いと思います。 The old building was renovated, and the common space did not feel particularly old. I think the dishes are working hard, but the taste is light overall. Rather than utilizing the taste of the ingredients, it is more like the taste of the ingredients. Preference will be divided. I had buckwheat noodles, but since I was walking around Nakatogakushi's famous restaurant all day, I would definitely compare. Not bad, but I wasn't particularly impressed. There is a bar and lounge, and check-in and out are available there. It is a bar, but it is a waste to close it early. I want you to keep it open until at least 24:00. There are two bathrooms in a charter system, and there are various amenities on the wash basin near the bathroom. As it is bottle type, we cannot carry in room, but there was minimum thing including lotion. The shower in the bathroom took quite a while to get hot water. It is good to undress after confirming that hot water from the shower comes out in winter. The grade is quite high if you think of it as a Shukubo, but the price is reasonable. I think that it is good for those who have a sense of resistance to staying at a traditional shukubo.

D	DA MATSU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても丁寧に接客して頂きました。ウエルカムドリンクにホットワインが選べて、疲れが癒されました。朝夕食共に個室でゆっくりできます。また、お風呂も家族風呂のように利用できます。共用洗面所の排水にどうしても清潔感がないのが残念。古い建物のようですから仕方ないのかなぁ。三種の利き酒1000円がおすすめです！御社殿が併設されていますが、朝のおつとめはされてないとか。 We had you serve customers very politely.
