しかし、牛骨味噌は、牛骨の香りと味噌の味が薄く美味しいとは言えない…

自分はそれだとややあっさりすぎで物足りないから、いつも豚骨醤注文してます。
ラーメン500円、セットでも750円はコスパ良し。
There are beef bone ramen and pork bone ramen, but both are light soups.
I always order pork bone soy sauce because it's a little too simple.
500 yen for ramen and 750 yen for a set is good for cospa.

確かにチャーシューが可愛らしいのと牛骨ダシが弱いのが気になるけど、とりあえず牛骨味噌バターは美味しかったよ♪
500円の激安ラーメンもあるし良かった(^-^)

雷神餃子は美味しかったです。

注文した牛骨醤油ラーメンは、素朴な味だが麺は短めで少々かたまりがあった。豚骨ラーメンを注文する方々が多かったようなので、次の機会があれば、豚骨ラーメンを頼んでみたい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛骨ラーメンの店と言う事で訪れて牛骨醤油ラーメンと餃子のセットを戴きました。牛骨醤油ラーメンはテールスープの様な澄んでいて香りも味も良いスープに中太縮れ麺、牛肉のチャーシューが一切れ入っていて上品な旨味が有ります。餃子は肉とエビを選べる様で肉餃子を選ぶと10個も出てきました。このクオリティとボリュームでこの価格とは、鳥取市民の皆様が羨ましいです。
