★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この画像を見せて色落ちが気になるので濃い目でお願いしますとオーダーしました。色落ちを考えてこの紫より渋めになりますと言われてOKと言いましたが、仕上がりはほぼ黒髪に近く６日目ですが案の定まだ暗く色落ちしてよくわからない色に。海外旅行前日で写真を取る話もしていたのに残念な色です。本当にショック過ぎて、、、。今までブリーチを何度かしてもらって綺麗な仕上がりにして頂いてたのでなおさらショックです。

I thought that it will be more astringent than this purple considering the color fall and said OK, but the finish is almost black hair and it is the 6th day, but the color is not clear because the color is still dark as expected. It is a disappointing color even though I was talking about taking photos on the day before traveling abroad. I am really shocking too. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 立地がよく店内も綺麗、座席にテレビがあり、ドリンクとお菓子付き。ただホットペッパーで施術時間目安が60分のヘッドスパを予約したのに実際始まる時に5分ほどの軽いやつですって言われてビックリ。今更断れないし。仮に入店から店出るまでだとしても30分で終わったし。これだと他のメニューも予約と実際が違ったらと思うと怖くて使えない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結婚式出席のためヘアセットをお願いしましたが、アップにしてと伝えたのにアップにして頂けませんでした。私の髪の長さは鎖骨下です。ポニーテールもできます。アップにできないから編み下ろしでもいいですか？と。今からやり直しされてさらに時間かけられても困るので仕方なく了承しました。待ち合わせ場所と時間を伝えていたにも関わらず、終わったのが待ち合わせ時間を過ぎていました。一時間かかっていました。そこから電車移動です。こちらは急いでいるのに最後にのんびりポイントカードのご説明。嘘でしょ…ヘアセットの技術がないなら最初から予約を受けないでほしかったです。現地につく前から崩れ始め、現地に着いて座っていたら、何もしていないのにピンが二本落ちました。式の終了時間が夜だったので翌日にクレームの電話入れ、電話番号を聞かれましたが今のところ折り返しの連絡も何もありません。ヘアセットをメニューとして掲げていて、お金もそれなりに取るのであれば、ちゃんとプロとして仕事をして欲しいです。

写真は見せましたが「こんな雰囲気で、サイドを編み込みにしてアップにしてもらえればいいです」と伝えました。シニョンを指定などしていません。最低限の注文は「サイド編み込みでアップ」です。
また所要時間については、待ち合わせ場所と時間を伝えたら「普通に仕上げれば間に合いますね」とおっしゃっただけで「一時間」かかるとは一切聞いていません。
