元々、ホットペッパービューティーで、カットカラーパーマトリートメントのクーポンを選択し予約していましたが、やっぱりパーマはなしでお願いします、というと、「じゃあカットとカラーのみですね」と、何故かトリートメントもなしにされました?
結局、あまりにも担当の方とコミュニケーションが取れないのが不安で、(まず声が小さくて聞こえないし、ずっと沈黙ばかりで話してくれない?)すみませんが今日のメニューはキャンセルで、と伝え、施術無しで帰りましたが、なぜか後日無断キャンセル扱いにされました?

なんかすみません。と背後から言われましたが、なんかって何…？と、不信感しかありませんでした。
人と話すのが嫌い、美容師には、とにかく言ったことだけやってほしい、というようなお客さんであればいいサロンなのかもしれませんが、私からしたら、あまりにもコミュニケーションが取れず酷かったです。
