T	TTマルコム on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ せっかくなので明知鉄道を利用するのがお勧めです。一両編成の単線ローカル線で、恵那駅から田舎里山を越えてのんびり牧歌的な雰囲気を味わえます。1時間に一本くらいしかありません。終点が明智駅です。同じ”あけち”なのに漢字が異なり不思議です。城は通称「明知城」として明智光秀ゆかりの城と宣伝されていますが、真偽は不明です。岐阜県可児市の明智城の方が稲葉山城（岐阜城）から近く、光秀が斎藤義龍と戦い敗れた、という逸話に倣えば、そちらがホンモノなのではないかと思われます。城址は堀・土塁、切岸などが分かりやすく復元保存されていますが、天然の要害というほど防備に優れた縄張りとは思えませんでした。単なる砦のような感じです。途中、足元は悪いですが急峻ではなく簡単に登れます。 It is recommended to use the Akechi Railway because it is a big deal.
