★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもトレッサに行くと立ち寄るお店で品も、店員さんも今まで悪い印象は無かったが今回に限っては最悪でした。会計時のみの接客で、笑顔無し。ポイントカードをカードリーダーに近付けようとすると物凄い勢いで手でガードされ、やらないでください！！と。怖いと口に出すも無反応。仕方なくしまうと、今度は、今やってください。と。。 子供も居たしそのまま出さず、主人も、もういいですと伝えているのに、え？いいんですか？ポイントいいんですか？ とやるなって言うからと言っても無視。数年通っていたが、こんな店員は始めてでした。会計後に商品と一緒に差し出された何か(試供品なのかサービス品なのか)についても特に一切の説明無し。気に入ってたお店だった事もありかなりショックでした。

I've been there for several years, but this is the first time I've ever seen such a clerk. There is no particular explanation about anything (whether it is a free sample or a service item) presented with the product after accounting. I was shocked because it was a store I liked.
