店の雰囲気、スタッフさんもとても感じの良い方です。
本日はローストポーク丼を頂きました。
二日間熟成した豚肉
塩味が若干ついてる為ソースなしでも美味しいです。
ソースを2種類選べる為、生姜醬油とにんにく塩を選びました。
ソースも一手間加えた味でご飯が進む?
白米があまり得意じゃない私ですが、白米を大盛りにすればよかったと後悔?
丼に添えられた野菜で彩りも華やか
セットのスープ付き
是非また食べたいです?

ローストポークと牛筋カレーのハーフセットを注文した。
ローストポークは柔らかくて、牛筋カレーはより洋風のハーブ味で、美味しかった。
ドライカレーはよりスパイシーの味で、割とウェットだけど美味しい。
また行きたい。

The roast pork was tender and the beef tendon curry was more Western-style herbal and delicious.
Dry curry has a more spicy taste and is relatively wet but delicious.

あっさりだけど、酒に合いそうなローストポークに2種類のたれを選んでみそ、醤油のジンジャー。
ジンジャーがパンチ効いて美味しかった。
その前に、スープのミネストローネもいい意味で濃くて、とても美味しかった。
