店内の雰囲気と流れる音楽がいいですね。
カウンターが落ち着きました。
複数できた場合、テーブル席で楽しく飲めそうです。
ライスコロッケは、スパイシーなタレながらも、辛いのが苦手な私でも楽しめました。
グリッシーニは、生ハムとクラッカー風味のパンを一緒に食べでいいし、別々でもいいです。
ローストチキンは、まるでクリスマスかと思わせる艶やか彩り・・
チキンはしっかりローストされており、美味かった！
カラアゲニストも認める美味しさでした。
ミックスナッツは、燻製されておりサワーやハイボールに合います。
いいお店でした。

テキサスだけどトラットリアと言う謎の店名ですが、駅前にあるし、ちょっと小腹も空いてきたし・・・と言うことで伺ってみました。
トラットリアとあるだけあって、カジュアルな感じ。そして、テキサスとあるだけあって、BBQバックリブがメイン料理。
フライドポテトとか、パテとかリエットとか色々と頼みましたが、やはりバックリブステーキ（ハーフサイズだったけど）が迫力もあっていい感じ。
手でお肉をつかんでかぶりつくイメージがありますが、ナイフフォークで切ってお上品に食べることもできます。
（結局手で掴んで骨側をガツガツ食べたんだけどね。）
定番の甘めのソースもお肉によく合うし、みんなでワイワイやりながら食べれたら楽しいやつですね。
ちなみにビールはイタリアのモレッティがあったのでいただきました。
イタリアンなのかテキサス風のBBQスタイルのお店なのかよくわからない感じですが、とりあえず気軽に立ち寄れるいい感じのお店です。

I asked for French fries, patties, rillettes, etc., but the back rib steak (although it was half size) is also powerful.
There is an image of grabbing meat with your hands and biting it, but you can also cut it with a knife fork and eat it elegantly.
(After all, I grabbed it with my hand and ate the bone side steadily.)
The standard sweet sauce goes well with meat, and it would be fun if everyone could eat it while having fun.
By the way, I had beer because it had Italian Moretti.
I'm not sure if it's Italian or Texas-style BBQ style restaurant, but it's a nice restaurant that you can drop in for the time being.

イタリアンな小皿料理があり、メインと思われるお肉料理はアメリカンな感じ。小皿料理を何品か注文し、ビールを楽しむ。メインはBBQバックリブのハーフサイズを注文してみました。ハーフで2〜3人前、フルで4〜6人前なのだそうです。こちらの付けあわえ的な感じでフライドポテトも注文。このバックリブ、ハーフでもどでかい！食べやすいようにとキッチンハサミを出してくれたのですが、ナイフですっと切れる柔らかさ。甘めなソースで口の周りを汚しながらかぶりつく幸せ。これ美味しい！2人でしたがぺろっと食べちゃいました。
私達以外はお子様連れのママさんが夕食できたという感じのお客さんと
店員さんと仲が良いんだろうなというお客さんがいて、近隣住まいの方がきているんだなぁという印象を受けました。

It is said that half is for 2 to 3 servings and full is for 4 to 6 servings. I also ordered french fries with this fluffy feeling. This back rib is huge even in half! He gave me kitchen scissors to make it easier to eat, but it's soft enough to cut with a knife. Happiness to bite while dirtying the area around the mouth with a sweet sauce. This is delicious! There were two people, but I ate it all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで初訪問。BBQポークリブプレートをいただきました。はじめのサラダがチョリソーとサボテンのマリネとオムレツで既にウマい?！その後出てきたポークリブは素手で食べて下さいと指示あり。確かに素手で掴んでかぶりつくとソースが肉と絡んでウマーい?今度はディナーでたくさんポークリブ食べたいです。

武蔵小杉ことムサコから徒歩数分と立地が非常に良い。
ざっくり言うとアメリカン式イタリアンだった。
テーブルクロスがよく映える。
頼んだメニューのローストビーフは絶品だった。
ごちそうさま。
