★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テラスモールのフードコートでよく食べている生しらすまかない丼(1150円) 生しらすとマグロが半分ずつのっていて、鮮度もよし。生しらすは透明でピカピカしている。カップに温泉卵を割り入れ、ポン酢or醤油をたらし、軽く混ぜてしらすの上へ。
フードコートだからとバカにしていたけど結構好み。いつも不満なのが、お味噌汁の蓋がなかなか開かないこと。これ、お味噌汁を飛ばしちゃう人がいるんじゃないかなぁ。
生しらすがどうしても食べたい時は、『とびっちょ生しらす入荷情報』をTwitterでチェックしてから。1月～3月中旬は禁漁期間。
最近、江ノ島の本店にも行ってきたけど、コロナ渦、テラスモールの方が清潔感があり、安心かも。フードコートだけど、平日の空いている時に行くので比較的静か。
Raw shirasu rice bowl (1150 yen), which is often eaten at the food court of Terrace Mall. When raw shirasu is served, half of the tuna is on it and the freshness is good. Raw shirasu is transparent and shiny. Insert the hot spring egg into the cup, add ponzu or soy sauce, mix lightly and put on the shirasu.
I was stupid because it was a food court, but I like it quite a bit. I'm always dissatisfied with the fact that the miso soup lid doesn't open easily. I wonder if there are people who skip this miso soup.

Recently, I went to the main store in Enoshima, but the Corona Whirlpool and Terrace Mall are cleaner and may be safer. It's a food court, but it's relatively quiet because I go there on weekdays when it's free.

漁の状況次第で生しらすが入荷されないこともあるので、事前に生しらすが入荷されているかTwitterで確認すると良いと思います。
I always go from afar. I don't know the other menus, but I always aim for them, so if you just look at them, you won't complain!
Depending on the fishing situation, raw shirasu may not be received, so it is a good idea to check on Twitter in advance if raw shirasu is in stock.

いつも混んでるけどそれは仕方ない。
江ノ島色んなしらす丼のお店があるけど、ここの生しらす丼が個人的には一番好み！
天候によってた蒸ししらすのみになることもあり

鮮度が良いので、生臭くなくて温泉卵にポン酢だれをかけて食べました。
I had a raw rice bowl. Since the quantity is limited, it is safer to check it before you go.
The freshness is good, so I ate the hot spring eggs with ponzu sauce because they didn't smell fishy.

しらす丼意外にも、しらすのかき揚げ丼という珍しいメニューもあったのですが、こちらも美味しくてびっくりしました。フードコート内の席の周りでもかき揚げ丼を注文されている方がちらほらいらっしゃいました。

釜揚げしらすの御膳にしました。器が大きいですが、ご飯はあまり入っていないので女性でも完食できるかと。しらす丼には野菜も一緒に入ってて、ん？とはおもったが、これはこれでアリ！自分的には満足。かき揚げのサクサク感もいい。クリームコロッケも美味しい
