おそらく秋田で一番予約が取れない寿司屋です。一日一組の貸し切りですが店主と客が一体になった楽しい時間を過ごせます。

大常連にならなければ予約は取れず、しかも取れたとしても半年先は当たり前という超ハードルの高いお店。 しかし一度は訪れる価値は大有りで、寿司の真髄が味わえる秋田では大変貴重な存在のお店。

カウンター6席に、2人用テーブルが1卓。そして、一日に1組限定の完全予約制。しかも一見さんお断りで、紹介または同行以外行けないお寿司屋さん。それが、秋田市にある「宝寿司分店」さん。 上記の条件のお店で、最高の品質のお任せ寿司とお刺身や副食で5000円!と、かなりリーズナブルな価格設定。なので、今秋田県で一番予約の取れないお寿司屋さん、と言われてます。実際、1年は予約で埋まっているそうです(;・∀・) そんな宝寿司分店さんに初訪問(*^^)v 知人に連れて行って頂きました! 全体のボリュームは事前に伺っていたので、お昼を軽いお蕎麦にして調整し向かいました(#^.^#) なお、お酒の提供は無いので、それぞれお好みのお酒を持込することになります。私は、地元横手市大森町の酒蔵「大納川」さんの「Mellow」を。 まずは、お店のサービスの缶ビールとお通しのスナップエンドウとガリからスタート。市場の仕入れによりメニューは違いますが、最初は「イカのウニ乗せ」から始まり「カツオ」「サーモンのイクラ乗せ」と続きます。 お寿司の合間に、女将さんが持ち込んだお酒を皆さんにお酌してくれます。有難いですね(#^.^#) 続いて。「鯖」「蕨のたたき」「トンブリ」が登場。ちなみに、トンブリとは「ほうき草の実」のこと。なお、お寿司はこれで終了です。 そして、宝寿司分店さん名物「バクダン」の登場です! マグロのぶつ切りをメインに、ウズラの卵、ワサビ菜やアサツキなどの野菜類、白ゴマなどを混ぜたもの。これを軽く混ぜ、空の軍艦に載せて食べるんです。あまり強く混ぜない方が、味を楽しめ美味しく頂くコツだそうです(*^^*) 空の軍艦は2つ出されますが、余ってしまいます。なので、余ったバクダン用に海苔が提供され、海苔巻きで食べ切りますよ(#^^#) 空の軍艦と海苔だけ、写真撮り忘れました(-_-;) ご飯物は、爆弾で終了。そして、「刺身の盛り合わせ」が登場!この量が、また凄い!これで1人前ですよ(◎_◎;) 鮪、イカ、玉子焼き、甘エビ、ホタテ、タコ、蟹の7種類が乗ってます!これだけで十分ご飯が食べられますよね(笑) 実は、この刺身の盛り合わせで約半分。ここからは、刺身と副食が続きます!それにしても、すごいボリューム!小食のオッちゃんは、そろそろお腹が限界に近づいてますけど(;・∀・) 次に出てきたのが「イカづくし」「赤貝」「焼き自然薯」「サザエの刺身」「焼きジャガイモ」 どれも美味しいのですが、お腹が限界でやっと一口食べられるのが精いっぱい。なんてもったいない・・・なので、同席の方皆さんに助っ人をお願いしました。 いよいよ、ラストスパート!「焼き鮭とイクラ」「チーズのいぶりガッコ巻」、そして〆に「なめこの味噌汁」を。この頃には持ち込んだお酒も、だいぶ残り少なく(笑) 余ったお酒は、対象ご夫婦の晩酌へ!となります(笑) お腹いっぱいの為、我がままとは承知してましたが「焼き鮭とイクラ」を持ち帰りをお願い。快く対応してくれ、翌日の朝食に美味しく頂きましたよ( *´艸`) 自分では予約できないお店なので、次回はいつ連れて行ってもらえるかは分かりませんが、その時までに全部食べきれるよう胃袋を鍛えたいと思います(*^^)v

Since I had heard about the overall volume in advance, I made light soba for lunch and adjusted it (# ^. ^ #) There is no liquor provided, so you will need to bring your own liquor of your choice. I have "Mellow" from the sake brewery "Onogawa" in Omorimachi, Yokote City. First of all, we will start with canned beer, which is a service of the shop, and snap peas and gari. The menu differs depending on the market purchase, but the first step is "squid sea urchin", followed by "bonito" and "salmon salmon roe". In between sushi, the liquor brought in by the proprietress will be taken into consideration by everyone. Thank you (# ^. ^ #) continue. "Mackerel", "Bracken Tataki" and "Tonburi" are now available. By the way, tonburi is "broom grass fruit". This is the end of sushi. And the special product "Bakudan" from the Takara Sushi branch is here! Mainly chopped tuna mixed with quail eggs, vegetables such as wasabi vegetables and chives, and white sesame seeds. I mix this lightly and put it on an empty warship to eat. It seems that the trick is to enjoy the taste and make it delicious if you do not mix it too strongly (* ^^ *) Two empty warships will be released, but they will be left over. And "assorted sashimi" is here! This amount is amazing again! This is one serving (◎ _ ◎;) There are 7 types of tuna, squid, omelet, sweet shrimp, scallop, octopus, and crab! This is enough to eat rice (laughs) Actually, this assortment of sashimi is about half. From here, sashimi and side dishes will continue! Even so, the volume is amazing! The small-dining ochan is nearing the limit of his stomach (; ・ ∀ ・) The next ones that came out were "squid squid," "blood clam," "grilled natural yam," "sashimi of turban shell," and "grilled potato." It's a waste ... so I asked everyone in the room to help me. Finally, the last spurt! "Grilled salmon and salmon roe", "Cheese Iburi-gakko roll", and "Nameko miso soup" at the end. Alcohol brought in by this time is very small (laughs) The surplus liquor goes to the target couple's evening drink! (Laughs) I knew that I was selfish because I was full, but please bring back "grilled salmon and salmon roe". 予約がとれない秋田の名店。2回目の訪問でしたが大満足です。お酒は持ち込み制なので旨いお酒を持参して、お寿司と最高のペアリングを楽しめます!
A famous store in Akita where reservations cannot be made. It was my second visit and I am very satisfied. You can bring your own sake and enjoy the best pairing with sushi!
