y	yunocky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １日２組しかお客を取らない鉄板焼の名店。高山の市街地から離れた江名子町にあります。飛騨牛のステーキはもちろんですが、前菜から続くどのお料理も素材の風味を生かした見事なもの。洗練された店内の雰囲気と相まって素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができました。予約が取れるのであればぜひ訪れるべき名店だと思います。 A famous teppanyaki restaurant that only takes two customers a day. Located in Enako-cho, away from Takayama city. Of course, not only Hida beef steak, but all the dishes that follow the appetizer are made with the flavor of the ingredients. Coupled with the sophisticated atmosphere of the store, we had a great time. If you can make a reservation, I think it is a must-visit store.
じ	じゃがパパ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼の食事でした。もともとご主人は大阪で和食をされていたそうで、コースもフレンチ的ではなく和な感じでした。私は十分満足でしたが、お肉を沢山食べたい向きには、物足らないかもしれません。また、最初にグラスワインで赤を注文してしまっていたのと、それが冷たいまま出されたので、お肉が出るまで口にできなかったのが残念でした。(お昼から盛大に酔っ払うわけもいかず今回はグラス1杯だけと決めていました。) 女将さんとは、お庭の話などをしながらデザートの後もゆっくりとさせていただきました。美味しいものを少しづつユックリお酒と共に楽しむお店だと思いますので、次回は夜にお邪魔しようかと思います。 It was a lunch meal. (I couldn't get drunk from noon, so I decided to have only one glass this time.) I talked with the landlady about the garden and relaxed after dessert. I think it's a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious food little by little with sake, so next time I'll visit you at night.

C	Ch Keong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melt-in-your-mouth teppanyaki Hida beef presented before you on a hot iron griddle right before your eyes by none other than Chef Akira Tanaka himself at Teppan Tanaka. 「Teppanたなか」in Takayama. Sirloin or Fillet, both equally amazing A5 quality beef. The restaurant is located a little off the Takayama city about 11 minutes by car. It is set in a country home style courtyard. According to the owner chef, he only serves two groups ( meaning a couple or up to 4-5 people in a group) a day for dinner and only one group for lunch. Reservations are a month ahead! A meal there will set you back by Yen10,000/-to 20,000/- per person depending on the course you order. We were not in the least disappointed!

We got the 10,000 yen A5 filet course. Your party is the only one dining at your reserved time, so it's a private meal, though we talked with the owners throughout (only Japanese). The rest of the meal included various dishes of seasonal delicacies with dessert, and everything was perfectly cooked, seasoned, and plated. Highly recommended!
