★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 額装したかったものを持ち込んだところ、どうやったら額装できるか考えて下さり、こんな方法があるよとの提案、またなるべくお安く仕上げる方法なども教えて下さりとても助かりました。それとは別に、フォトフレームと写真を持ち込みシートだけ買いに入った時も丁寧に対応して下さいました。とても親切なお店です。
 When I brought what I wanted to frame, I thought about how I could frame it, and suggested that there is such a method, and also taught me how to finish it as cheaply as possible. Apart from that, we also took care of us when we brought in a photo frame and a photo and only bought a sheet. Very kind shop.

他にポストカードや和風ポスターなど、寺町・新京極の喧騒を抜けて少し立ち寄って手に取ってみてください。自分の前面には、違う《京都》が佇んでいますよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 絵画用のはもちろん、手拭い用、サッカーのユニフォーム用の「フレーム」もあります。見てるだけでも楽しいお店です。
先日は式紙用の「フレーム」を探しに訪問しました。何て言うのかな？小さな衝立みたいな形のフレームを買いました。とても気に入っています。
追加で式紙を飾るため「掛け軸」も買いました。
小式紙用のフレームは、これはちょっと京都のこのお店でないと、なかなか手に入らないのではないでしょうか？

I also bought a “hanger” to decorate the ceremony.
The frame for the small paper is not easy to get without this shop in Kyoto.

午後 店長と言うおじさんが前回接客をしてくれ、お電話をして伺ったところ、何やら二人の男性客にイライラした言葉を投げかけているのが聞こえていて、私のところへ来ても凄くイライラした言葉で私にまで対応。怒られているようで、嫌な感じ。店長らしきおじさんだけど良いアドバイスは無いし、知識がない接客で、めんどくさそうで最悪。店主であればあんな失礼な対応はしないだろうと思った。
二度と話したく無いし、顔も見たくない。二度と行きたくない。
2021.3.03. (Wednesday)
In the afternoon, an uncle called the store manager served me last time, and when I called him, I heard that he was throwing frustrating words at two male customers, and even when he came to me, it was amazing. Correspond to me with frustrated words. I feel angry and unpleasant. He seems to be a store manager, but he doesn't have any good advice, and he has no knowledge of customer service. I thought the shopkeeper wouldn't do such a rude response.
I don't want to talk again and I don't want to see my face. I don't want to go again.
