（凡庸な表現しか思い付かないので、こちらの写真を見てください。）
 In the permanent exhibition, you can see a pair of hanging scrolls of Taikan Yokoyama and Hishida Shunsou.
(I can only think of mediocre expressions, so take a look at this picture.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 茨城県の美術館の中ではかなり大きなものになると思います。ロケーションが良く海が非常に綺麗で散歩もできます。また作品の解説がしっかりしているので知識がなくても楽しめました。
I think it will be quite large in the museums in Ibaraki prefecture. The location is good and the sea is very beautiful so you can take a walk. Also, the explanation of the work is solid, so I enjoyed it without any knowledge.

After the great earthquake, I was able to come to my wish. The stone is well maintained at the Prefectural Museum of Art.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 書家の母と"ひろがる墨"展に伺いました。
"墨に五彩あり"まさにその通りですね。
見る人の感受性で変化する色彩イメージが面白かっです。? (もっとも水墨画なので、"えっ？"と思う方もいると思いますが…?)
館内はさすが美術館といった雰囲気で素晴らしく、周りには公園などもありゆっくりと過ごせました。(^○^)
I visited the "Expanding Ink" exhibition with my mother, a calligrapher.
"There are five colors in ink" That's right.
The color image that changes depending on the sensitivity of the viewer is interesting. ? (Most of the ink paintings, so some people may think "What?" ... ?)
The atmosphere of the museum is wonderful, and there are parks around it, so I could spend a relaxing time. (^ ○ ^)

美術館の中核である「岡倉天心記念室」が改修中で見られなかったことが、かえすがえすも残念である。
内藤廣によるというモダーンな設計は、群青の海、水平線、松の濃緑という形而上的風光と見事に溶け合っている。
もう1つ残念だったのは、ごご4時喫茶室が終わっていた。こういう場では座ってコーヒーが飲みたくなるものだ。

It is a pity that the "Okakura Tenshin Memorial Museum", which is the core of the museum, was not seen during the renovation.
The modern design by Hiroshi Naito blends perfectly with the metaphysical scenery of the ultramarine sea, the horizon, and the dark green of the pine trees.
Another disappointment was that the coffee shop was over at 4 o'clock. It's tempting to sit down and have a cup of coffee in a place like this.
