J	Jun Warata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 目の前に堤防と海が広がる民宿で家内と１泊しました。家内があんこう鍋を食べたいと言って予約し、料理に期待して伺ったのですが、期待を完全に上回ってくれました！まず、あん肝、ツブ貝などの先付けが四品、どれも美味しかったです。次はお刺身のボリューミーな盛り合わせと脂ののったナメタガレイの煮付け、どちらも美味しかったのですが、とりわけナメタガレイのトロッとした食感と絶妙な味付け、これまで食べた「煮魚」の中で最高の一品でした。そして、追い打ちをかけるあんこう鍋、思わず途中でギブアップしてしまいましたが、翌朝、雑炊にしていただき完食しました。また、民宿なので華美なことはないですが、館内は概して綺麗ですし、お風呂の泉質が私が好きな硫黄系で４回も入りました。海に臨むベランダにはイスが置いてあるので、今度はビールを片手に夏の海風を楽しみたいと思います。 I stayed overnight with my wife at a guest house where the embankment and the sea spread out in front of me.
