y	ymk 883 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電車で天竜峡観光に行く際に拠点となる駅です。名前の通り駅の目の前が天竜川、天竜峡です。また、ここから豊橋方面に向かう際、駅員さんが存在する手近な駅はこちらの天竜峡駅と、その次はかなり先の中部天竜駅となります。それ故、何かと便利で貴重な存在かと思います。トイレはもちろん、駅を出てスグの自販機に灰皿があるので喫煙者にも貴重な駅でしょう。観光案内所も目の前なのでココを拠点にゆっくりのんびり天竜峡観光を楽しんで下さい。 This station is the base for sightseeing in Tenryukyo by train. As the name suggests, the Tenryu River and Tenryukyo are in front of the station. Also, when heading toward Toyohashi from here, the closest station where the station staff is located is Tenryukyo Station, and the next station is Chubutenryu Station, which is quite far away. 待	待たせたな on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電車がホームに到着すると「天竜峡～天竜峡～♩」と、懐かしい案内が流れるJR東海天竜峡駅。飯田線の前身、伊那電気鐵道の駅として昭和２年に開業され現在は２面３線と言う、飯田線にしては比較的大きな駅です。モチロン特許伊那路号も停車する有人駅。平成２年に天竜峡に温泉が湧出した際に駅舎が改築されて現在に至ります。ホームからは天竜峡のランドマーク、姑射橋も見えてワクワクします。個人的には今なかなか見れない構内踏切でホームと駅舎を渡る景色がワクワクです。小さな駅舎なのでトイレは駅前飲食店通りの奥にあります。印象的なのはステンドグラス、開業当初からのモダンを受け継いでるようで素敵ですね。 When the train arrives at the platform, JR Tokai Tenryukyo Station is filled with nostalgic information such as "Tenryukyo-Tenryukyo-♩".
