★ ★ ★ ★ ★ どんな楽器を演奏するかにもよるが…京都だったらこんな所よりももっと良い楽器屋が有ると思う。正直20年以上前の楽器屋ってセンスで2020年の音楽事情には対応出来てない品揃えの店舗だと思う。京都や大阪の楽器店激戦区に行けばこの楽器屋の何がダメなのか理解出来ると思う。
今の時代の音楽事情に対応出来るスタッフが居ないのか、それとも上の人間が頭が堅いのか…
京都にはこんな歴史の浅い奈良天理発の店じゃなくて、もっと古くから京都の地で頑張ってて今の音楽事情に対応出来る良い楽器店が有りますよ☆

ギターコーナーの兄ちゃんたちは物知りで親切に対応してくれる。髪の毛結った兄ちゃんは外人にも丁寧に接客してた
パッと初心者向けの物しか無さそうだが掘り出し物多し。
娘の為に行ったがオススメ

数分後、金持ってそうな中年が来たら6ケタもんを普通に試奏させてました。
メガネの女店員です。
（ギターに関しては）大したクオリティでもないくせに、客を見た目で判断してるんだなあと思い、以降この店で買うのをやめました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本来はいい楽器屋さんの天地楽器さんの為に敢えて口コミを書きたいと思います。何度か小物程度で利用させていただいた事はありますが、2021年10月1日にいた男の店員の態度は売ろうとする態度ではなく早く帰らせたいような態度にしか思えませんでした。こんな時代にあんな接客とは言えない態度をとっているといつかお客様が来なくなりますよ。自分は二度と行きたくないと思いました。お客様の顔色を見て仕事をしてほしいとは言いませんが普通に気持ちよく話す事の大切さをもう一度研修でもされた方がお店の為にもなると思います。もう自分には関係ないですが。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日、こちらのお店ですすめらた譜面台を購入しました。楽器ではなかったので、高さが合わなかったため交換して下さいとお願いしましたが、断られました。ナイロンを破った訳でもないし、元々その商品を持ってこられた時から、封を開けて見せておられたのに、交換すらしてもらえませんでした。購入する時も、レシートにも返品、交換不可なんて書いてありません。不親切です。もうこの店では、怖くて買えません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年1月頃、軽音楽部でギターを始めようと思っていた私にとても丁寧に対応してくれた店員さんがいてとても良いイメージの店頭でした。
時々接客の丁寧さに欠ける方がいますが、今の所悪いイメージという訳では無く、クリスマス時期、年末セールがとても良いです
もう少し楽譜や教育本の数が多いと良いなと思いました。
