The 汁なし担々麺 is also an all-time favourite of mine. They do seasonal specials at various times: for winter 2016 it's 煮干しラーメン.
Other variations are a bit of a hit-and-miss (for me): the miso ramen is kinda meh, as is the 混ぜそば. As somewhat of a ramen connoisseur (i.e. snob) I can't give it full-marks—mainly because Tokyo is so competitive—but were it to disappear I'd certainly dearly miss it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The house special here is Shoyu Ramen that goes well with ajitama. However, I tried the Taiwanese mazesoba, which was pretty good. Very nice value with dishes starting at 500-600 yen. For me, the portion was just right but maybe hungry people would like to add the plus 100 yen noodle boost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kohaku shoyu ramen (500 yen) was a dream come true. No frills, straight, pure ramen. No fancy toppings or side dishes are needed here, the broth and noodles are all you need. Yum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tenrai-ken is some random ramen shop that i found when i want to go to tokyo tower. i love their shoyu ramen, the saltiness taste and light soup is super nice. the ebi soba is also nice, the creamy soup bring the ramen into something that i never try. looking forward to back to this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious. Just the right amount of spice, sweetness, and salt. A really nice ramen option if you work in the area.
It feels like it can be a little busy. So, maybe not a good place for large groups. However, great for one or two people.
