★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前は無味乾燥な倉庫街だったんだろうけどずいぶんおしゃれな街???✨に生まれ変わったようだ。寺田倉庫と言う会社がずいぶん頑張ってやったそうだ。確かにあの辺りは寺田倉庫の建物が多い。20ヵ所以上もあるらしい。物流業もものだけ動かしていても食っていけないんだろう。品川駅から近くて足場もいいし、天王洲アイルなんて言う都市型複合商業施設が出来たりしていろいろ条件もよかったんだろう。カナルウォークして見物するのもいいかもしれない、＼(^_^)／??。
