悪気はないのはわかるのですが、12時までに持ち込んで当日仕上げを頼んだにも関わらず「無理です」と一言。
不快です。
The reception is poor.
I understand that there is no offense, but even though I brought it in by 12 o'clock and asked for finishing on the day, I said "I can not do it".
It's unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引き取りはそうでもないですがクリーニングの持ち込みをすると会計までにとにかく時間がかかります…。そのせいでいつ行ってもお客さんが２、３人は並んでます。持込の場合は店についてから15分位はかかると思っておいたほうが良いです。
Pick-up is not so, but bringing in cleaning takes some time before accounting .... Because of that, there are always two or three customers at any time. In the case of bringing in, it is better to think that it takes about 15 minutes from the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クチコミが悪かったので不安な気持ちを利用してみましたが、ちゃんと対応してくださるスタッフさんでした。クリーニングの仕上がりも普通の水準はクリアしているとおもいます。
The word-of-mouth communication was bad, so I tried to use my anxiety, but the staff responded properly. I think that the cleaning finish has cleared the normal level.
