高	高山博之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前日、テレビ番組で餃子を食べているシーンを見て、餃子が食べたくて訪問「天下一品　大曲店」さん。前に来たのは子供と一緒だったんで、多分１０年以上前かな？時間をずらし、１３時３０分頃訪問・・・しかし、外に２人並んでました！　混んでるの避けたつもりなのに(;・∀・) 餃子を食べる気満々でしたが、メニューを見て頼んだのは「こってり　並」を。やっぱり１０年以上ご無沙汰でしたので、ど定番品を(#^.^#)　一緒に餃子頼めよ！って話ですが、食べきれる自信ないのでラーメン単品でした(^^;) 配膳されて、「あっ！こうだった！」と思い出しました(#^.^#)　でも、ネギがこんなに多かったのかは、覚えてません(笑)　まあ、ネギ好きには嬉しいんですけどね。「箸が立つ！」と言われるほどの、豚骨濃厚スープ。どれほど煮込んだら、この粘質になるんでしょうね！　濃厚スープを謳うお店は数あれど、これ程のスープはやはりここでしか味わえませんね(^^♪ 麺は、超極太麺！　濃厚スープには細麺が一般的ですが、こちらは例外。濃厚スープをめちゃめちゃ絡めますが、太麺の食感とボリュームが相殺してくれて丁度良いバランスです(^^) 麺を食べ終わると、ほとんどスープが残ってない程麺がスープを絡めますが、しつこさは感じられません。不思議な食感のラーメン。また１０年後に食べに来ますか(笑) The day before, when I saw a scene of eating dumplings on a TV program, I visited "Tenkaippin Omagariten" because I wanted to eat dumplings.
