S	Shin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おはぎといえば、おばあちゃんちで食べたものを思い出す。それが味や形は違えど、日本の伝統的なお菓子なのでここで食べておはぎファンなってくれる人が増えるといいなぁとしみじみ。優しい甘みのあんこと、もちもちで存在感があるもち米が美味しい。もち米にはシソが練り込まれていてそれがほんのちょっとしたアクセントなんだけど、無いと寂しくなるほどの欠かせない存在に。全種類買ってみました。小さいけど、6個買うと重みがある。山椒はあんこのおはぎを30個くらい食べたときに1つ食べるぐらいでちょうどいいかな。 9月25日土曜日は14時過ぎに売り切れていましたので、必ず買いたい人は注意。 Speaking of Ohagi, I remember what I ate at my grandmother. t	takayuki iijima on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おはぎのもち米の中に、驚きのあれが・・・神楽坂でランチを頂き、歩きながら駅の方へ歩いていた。迷路のような路地裏、民家とショップが交互に点在するような場所で、行列ができているお店が見えたので近づいてみた。ふむふむ、なにやら甘味屋さんのよう。店名が「おはぎと大福」そのまんま。これ以上わかりやすい店名はないかもしれないが、店名だけで商品が連想できるというのは、もっともスタンダードなマーケティング戦略。あんこ大好きな自分としては、このまま見過ごすことはできない。そもそもこうしたお店はテイクアウトが主。作り置きのおはぎや大福を選んで支払し、持ち帰るだけなのに、何故行列ができているのか？と思ったら、店舗に入るのを1人に限定しているからだった。それにしても上品な店舗。内装も極めてシンプル。そして商品であるおはぎも実にシンプルで美しい。今回は”そばの実”のおはぎと”柚子”をチョイス。さっそく頂いてみると、とてもやさしいお味。甘さが控えめなあんこ。そして驚くはその中にあった。もち米の中に”しそ”が練りこまれていた。これによって、まずはあんこの甘さを感じ、その後”しそ”の風味と塩味が口内に広がる。そういえば桜餅などは桜の葉を塩漬けにする。その風味が餅に移り、甘くてほのかにしょっぱい感じがしていたが、そうなのだ。甘さと塩味は相性抜群なのである。気づかなかった、その手があったか。シンプルながら創造力に飛んだ素晴らしいおはぎ。伺ってみるとすべてのおはぎに”しそ”が練りこまれているらしい。これは旨い！ There is a surprise in the sticky rice of Ohagi ...
