『高田』の地名は平安時代初期『蓼田郷』と称していました
天神宮の主祭神『高皇産霊神』の『高』と『蓼田』の『田』とをとって『高田』と称せられるようになったとも伝えられています

偶然通りがかり、参拝しました。
境内は明るくとても清潔にされており、歩きやすかったです。
しかし、参道？もさることながら私がこちらで一番好きな場所はちょうどマンションの裏手に位置する林です。
私には空気が軽くてきれいで暖かくて穏やか、清らかな場所に見えました。
さすがに立ち入りはしませんが、ここの雰囲気に触れたくてそれからニ、三回は訪れています。
この神社が更に栄えるように、大和高田市も栄えたらなと思っています。
This is my favorite shrine.
I happened to pass by and worshiped.
The precincts were bright and very clean, and it was easy to walk.
But the approach? Not to mention, my favorite place here is the forest located just behind the condominium.
To me the air looked light, clean, warm, calm and clean.
I don't really go in, but I've been there a couple of times since I wanted to get a feel for the atmosphere here.
I hope Yamatotakada City will prosper so that this shrine will prosper further.
