取り扱い説明書のDVDが有り分かりやすくてコンパクトでこの値段は安いと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長年使っていたミシンが調子悪くなり、奈良県内あちこち行ったお店の中で、親切に対応して下さったのが、高田店。意外な所にお店が、ございます。駐車場は、道を挟んで反対側。

買い手を何とも思っていないのか、『システムの不具合』『お客様の方で何とかしてほしい』など、まるで海外の方が接客しているかのような対応。話の噛み合わない、中国の販売サイトとやり取りしているようでした。
専門分野とて、買い手を大切にした方がよいのでは…。わざわざこの会社を選んで買う必要はないです。裏切られてしまいます。
