★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お蕎麦と鴨雑炊のセットを食べました?蕎麦湯何年振りでしょうかよかった。この時期の鴨雑炊身体が温まりました?国産のお米を使ってるそうですよ。普通の鳥と鴨の違いが分かるかなと思って気を使って食べてみて?少し違いを感じて食べました。

蕎麦が冷水でしっかり締められていて、最後まで冷たい蕎麦を楽しめました。
本当に美味しかったですヾ(*‘ω‘ )ノ
お持ち帰り用のお蕎麦も販売していますが、家でも冷水で締めれるかがポイントなわけでして･･･
調理の仕方で味がまったく違うんだろうなぁと思いました。
つまりは「とてもいいお蕎麦を提供してくれている」ということですね(´ー｀*)ｳﾝｳﾝ
長く続いている、昔ながらのお蕎麦屋さんです☆
平日の昼時には、地元の方やサラリーマンで賑わっています。
車で反対車線側から来ると、福田パンさんの前でグルッとＵターンが必要です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二八にしては蕎麦が硬いかな？細いからそう感じるのか？天そばにしたけどイカ天は入ってなかった。イカ天そばが1.5盛だから色々とお勧めなのかも？この辺は、ワサビよりもモミジおろしが主流です。紅葉が多くて後を引くよりは、ワサビがいいなぁ（笑）

美味しい“お蕎麦”を出していただけます。
《天丼セット》か《天ざる》をたのむ事がワタクシは多いです。
そう言えば『ミニ天丼セット』もありますね～。
でも・・食い意地が張っているワタクシめは、ついついボリュームがあって満足感満載の『天丼セット』にしてしまいます。
そして、〆に蕎麦湯をいただいて。
まったりとするのがイイのです。

鴨焼きは葱も香ばしく量も充分で満足感が高い。
蕎麦は甘めの汁とうまく纏まっていると思うが、もう少し香りが欲しくもあった。
