とても懐かしい感じがする料理でした。 蕎麦もひっつみもかなり美味しかったですが、それを上回ったのがくるみ餅でした。 あのクリーミーなくるみ餅、来たら必ず食べてみて下さい!
It was a very nostalgic dish. Both the soba and the hittsumi were delicious, but the walnut mochi was better than that. Be sure to try that creamy walnut mochi when you come!

前から気になっでしたが、初めて寄りました。 盛岡市黒川の古民家を改装したようなお店で、見た目は古民家なので店には見えません。 一応看板は有ります。 同日はランチタイム遅めに行ったので肝心のひっつみは売り切れでした。 表に売り切れの看板が出てる時はひっつみの売り切れを指してるのかもしれません。 同日はひっつみ以外の蕎麦等はある時はある様なので入りました。 蕎麦は地元黒川産を使ってコシも有り喉越し良しです! 追加のお稲荷さんも安い割には甘くて美味しいです! 次はひっつみを試してみたいです。

On the same day, there seemed to be some soba noodles other than Hittsumi, so I entered. The buckwheat noodles are made from local Kurokawa, and they are chewy and good to eat! The additional Inari is also sweet and delicious for its cheap price! Next time I would like to try Hittsumi.

ひっつみとそば、それにデザート餅付きのセットをいただきました。そばの量といいひっつみの量といいしっかりあるので、次回はひっつみとお餅だけ単品で頼もうと思います。 古民家で落ち着くお店です。

ひっつみと蕎麦、お餅のお店。 駐車場、皆がキッチリ停めると12台は停められる感じがするけど、バラバラに停めるお客が多いので9~10台くらい。砂利の駐車場です。奥から順番に停めていきたいですね。 古民家、とまでは行かないけど古い農家屋を改修しているお店。段差があるので車椅子では無理です。 入り口に大きな暖簾があるので分かりやすい。 靴を脱いで上がります。 中で順番待ちをしている人がいたらとりあえず、靴を脱いだ小上がりの辺りで待機がいいと思います。どんどん中に入ってきて入り口の隅がごちゃごちゃしていると帰る人たちも大変。 玄関の小上がりで待っていてもちゃんと気づいてくれて声を掛けてくれるので安心して待てます。 日曜日11時半頃、満席、順番待ちが常に2組くらい。 お昼時間はどんどんお客さんが入ってきて途切れない。 店内をパキパキと動く女性達は皆さん愛想がよく、 気持ちがよいです。 ひっつみ亭御膳を選びました。ひっつみ、蕎麦、お餅のセット。 単品でくるみあん餅。 ひっつみの汁はキノコ出汁がしっかり出ていて醤油味。汁は棲んでいます。鶏肉や鰹出汁のような要素は感じなかったので多分、キノコと昆布くらいで出汁を出していると思います。 ひっつみ自体は薄く伸ばしてあるのにモチモチでツルツル。美味しい。 熱々で出てくるのでひっつみ、熱々でした。 蕎麦は程よい歯ごたえがあり、細く切ってあるのでするすると食べやすい。 お餅、モチ~っと柔らかく伸びて美味しい。 市販の切り餅とかと比べると格段に柔らかいので ムチッと感はない。くるみは仄かに甘く、少し塩味寄り。 これにあんこが乗ったくるみあん、甘さとしょっぱさのバランス最高です。 支払い、現金のみです。

The women who move around the store are all friendly, It feels good. I chose Hittsumi-tei Gozen. A set of hittsumi, soba, and rice cake. Walnut ankoro mochi as a single item. Hittsumi's soup is soy sauce-flavored with mushroom soup stock. The juice lives. I didn't feel the elements like chicken and bonito broth, so I think I'm probably using mushrooms and kelp to make the broth. Even though the hittsumi itself is thinly stretched, it is chewy and slippery. delicious. It came out hot, so it was hot. Soba has a moderate texture and is cut into small pieces, so it is easy to eat. Mochi, mochi-it's soft and delicious. Because it is much softer than commercially available cut rice cakes There is no feeling of stuffiness. The walnuts are slightly sweet and a little salty. 関東圏から岩手県へ旅行 何か郷土料理的な物を食べたいと調べたら「ひっつみ亭」がヒット 早速レンタカーのナビにセット 通りから少し入ったところにあるので通り過ぎてしまいました 何やら私の大好きな古民家で期待が増します 入ると広いお座敷、太い梁、茶色い柱 良いですね! 早速「ひっつみ亭御膳」を注文 ひっつみ、お蕎麦、くるみ餅がセットになってます 最初にひっつみ 田舎育ちの私は「すいとん」を思い出しました お蕎麦も手打ちとの事でなかなのもの! お餅も濃いくるみの餡が絡んで美味しい! 全てが美味しかったです! コスパは大変良いと思います

岩手県の郷土料理 ひっつみ が食べる店。 古民家の内装で 良さげな雰囲気でした。 ひっつみ、三角稲荷、クルミ餅、きな粉餅、小豆餅。連れは ひっつみ御膳。 美味し お出汁に ちぎり麺のひっつみ、 ちょい足しの三角稲荷は めちゃくちゃ美味い。 特に 毎朝 杵と臼でつく 餅…特にクルミ餅は絶品でした。 自家製のなた漬は、びっくり( °_° )するほど美味かった…おかわりしたかったくらい。 間違いない お値段以上の幸福感を味わいました。

The outside of Hittsumi-Tei looks like an old Japanese house with a beautiful garden just outside. Take off your shoes and inside is a large room with tatami and a variety of tables. Towards the back there are low Japanese-style tables for those who like a more authentic feel and towards the front there are tables with chairs. Being an old traditional style Japanese house, it is not equipped to handle wheelchairs. Hittsumi-Tei specializes in hittsumi, a type of flat square-shaped flour noodle, and handmade soba noodles. If you order the hittsumi and soba set mochi, another popular dish, comes with it. I highly recommend the walnut sauce for the mochi. The soba and hittsumi are both delicious. The hittsumi is soft and chewy while the soba is very hardy and a little on the stiff side. Both the hittsumi and the soba soups have very strong fish flavor. Hittsumi-Tei is located just over the river from Route 4 but it is easiest to access by car. The building itself is tucked away from the main road so keep your eyes out for a sign in Japanese (ひっつみ亭).
