★ ★ ★ ★ ★ そうだねぇ、頑張ってるのは分かるんだけど、厳しく言えばもうひとつなんだよなぁ。
いいカツオの刺身を出してくれたけど、カツオは厚く(1cm程度に)切らなきゃせっかくいいカツオも台無しだよ。それから、鱧をおいていたので頼んでみたけど、そもそも鱧をあまり知らないんじゃないのかって感じなんだよなぁ。
頑張れ❗期待してるよ。
